Here we are, amidst the Coronavirus, listening to the masterpiece that is CALM by 5 Seconds of Summer. The evolution is REAL! Not only has this album caused the fandom to go into a frenzy (over some real shit with Billboard), but it is a masterpiece that has made its way to my favourite album. This album has been teased for two fucking years, and was officially released on March 27 2020. Debuting at an unfortunate 68th (a week early might I add) on the Billboard 200 before reaching number 2 (with 11,000 copies going uncounted). Clerical errors were made and the 5sosFam was pissed. But, let's take a moment to reconcile and acknowledge the masterpiece that is CALM.

I LOVE THIS SONG SO MUCH!! I'm already crying (literally, I was bawling my eyes out by the end of this song)!
Yes, that is my first reaction to Red Desert (the studio version because everyone had already heard the acoustic live version from G'Day USA event in LA). This is one of my absolute favourite songs in the entire world and I love this song to bits! What a way to start off an album right! Written by Ashton, Calum, Luke, Michael and Matt Pauling this song will forever be an epic party thrasher.
