Lyrics and their meaning:

There's not much said about the lyrics of Wildflower on the internet, so I am very unsure of how to take them. Personally, I see this as the period before the relationship where the protagonist is stating what they like about their partner and how they want to get to know them better.

This is where the potential partner says 'can we just spend more time together?' And then the protagonist starts having little preferences about them. Some people like seeing their partner in trackies or in a weird mindset, well Calum Hood likes his girls to wear their hair over their shoulders.

The amount of innuendo in this chorus gives me chills. It's meant to be a 'choose your own adventure' kinda song, but turned into a song about intercourse. The pauses at the end of the first two lyrics, my favourite fantasy and waterfall is overflowing (which I only just got now). It's a tiny bit disgusting, but soppy at the same time because the protagonist is literally just saying, 'I love my partner'.

The protagonist is back at it with their preferences. They like either the natural look on their partner, or the full out glam look, maybe even both (references to I see the colour in your face). Another point could be about a blush which then leads into the next line it makes me smile, it makes me shake. That could be about the process of intercourse (I won't go any further). 

The second part refers to the partners body and how it has put a 'shadow on their brain'. Basically, the protagonist has got the shadow (see shape) of their body memorised (and another mature quote).

Favourite Lyric: (as cheesy and weird as it is) Waterfall is overflowing

Yay or nay: Absolute YAY! If you don't like this song then are you a real fan? (okay, I don't want to piss anyone off, I am using this as a joke and saying that every 5sos fan loves this song. No hate please)

What it reminds me of: A three letter word that has been secretly hidden in these lyrics. It kinda makes sense that Michael helped write this now...
