Mistake||Namjin

Twenty-five

A few days had passed and Jin had been taken out of school for the rest of the semester. Of course their parents had notified the principal about the situation and Jin would be doing online classes.

Namjoon was a bit upset though because he had to go to school without Jin. He woke up early to get ready, Jin still sound asleep.

After taking a shower and getting dressed, he came back into his bedroom, Jin beginning to slowly wake up. Namjoon walked over to his bed and leaned down, pressing a kiss on his forehead.

"Joon?" Jin murmured. "Yes, baby?" Namjoon said. "I love you." Jin whispered sleepily. "I love you too, Jin." Namjoon said.

"I'll check in on you at lunch, I wish I could be with you all day." Namjoon said and Jin hummed quietly. "Have a good day, I'll see you later." Namjoon said.

"I get to find out the gender today." Jin said. Namjoon smiled a little. "Tell me when I get home. I kinda want it to be a surprise." Namjoon said and Jin nodded. "Bye." Jin murmured. "Bye." Jin waves as Namjoon left the room.

Namjoon arrived at school and immediately saw Aeri standing near his locker. He approached her and she turned to face him.

"What are you doing?" Namjoon asked as he opened his locker to grab a notebook. "I j-just wanted to talk." She said. "There's no need. I don't wanna hear your sucky apology." Namjoon said, still angry about the things she did.

"Okay, well, I really am sorry." She murmured. "Sorry for what? Yourself?" Namjoon rose a brow. She sighed. "You know, I can't believe you slut-shamed Jin when you got pregnant yourself." Namjoon laughed bitterly.

Her eyes widened. "H-He told you, didn't he?!" She breathed out. "Yeah, and it's real fucked yo if you to do something like that to him just because you felt bad about yourself. You took his happiness away for a while, and I can never forgive you for doing that." Namjoon said.

She stood there, too struck to talk. "Fine, be like that. If you don't want to forgive me that's fine." She crossed her arms and walked off to find her friends.

Namjoon rolled his eyes and headed to class by himself, a little sad Jin wasn't with him.

At lunch time, he sat at the table, waiting for everyone else to arrive.

Jungkook sat down with Taehyung and Hoseok. "Where's Jin?" Jungkook asked. "Um, he can't come to school for the rest of the year. He's really...sick." Namjoon couldn't just straight up tell him he was pregnant. He didn't plan on bringing it up until after Jin gave birth and everything was over with.

"Aww, really? Is he doing okay?" Hoseok asked and Namjoon nodded. "You seem upset." Yoongi said as he sat down with Jimin. "Because I am." Namjoon laughed bitterly. "Why?" He asked.

"Just...stuff going on at home, it's stressful and I don't really wanna talk about it." Namjoon said, frowning a little. Jimin felt bad for him, of course. Worrying about a child at such a young age was going to be stressful. The two were only seventeen.

After lunch, Namjoon went outside for a little bit to call Jin and check up on him. "Hey." Jin answered. "Hi, baby." Namjoon said shakily. "You okay? You sound upset." Jin said.

"Yeah, I'm fine. How are you doing?" Namjoon asked. "I'm always tired." Jin mumbled. Namjoon chuckled softly. "Can I tell you now?" Jin asked. "No, I said when I get home." Namjoon said. "Aww, okay." Jin said.

"I love you, okay? I know you're upset about something, I can hear it in your voice." Jin said. "I love you too, Jin." Namjoon said. The two said their goodbyes before Namjoon hung up and walked back inside to go to class.

Namjoon was upset the rest of the day, especially because Aeri kept bothering him about the whole situation and threatening to tell everyone if he didn't be friends with her at least.

After school that day, she approached him again. "I'll tell everyone. Don't think I won't." She said. "And I'll tell everyone about you." Namjoon said. "Like they'll believe you." She snarked.

"They'll believe you're ex who got you pregnant." Namjoon fires back and her eyes widened a little. "Stop acting like you're tough, Namjoon. I'll ruin your lives, don't think I won't." She said.

"I thought you were sorry for everything you did. It doesn't seem like it right now." Namjoon rose a brow. "Maybe I'm not." She crossed her arms. "I knew you weren't. You were obviously faking to try and get back with me. It's not going to happen. I hate you, with a passion." Namjoon spat.

"Fuck you." She scoffed and walked away. Namjoon ran his fingers through his hair and resisted the urge to just scream.

He left to go home, tears in his eyes because he knew Aeri had bad intentions again and Jin would fall into another state of unhappiness.

When he arrived home, he entered his bedroom and set his backpack down, sitting on the edge of his bed and burying his face in his hands to try and stop the tears, but it was no use.

He heard his room door opened and footsteps approaching him. Jin knelt down in front of him and caressed his face gently. "What's wrong?" Jin whispered. Namjoon stood up and walked over to the window, Jin following.

Jin saw the tears in his face and panicked a little. "Namjoon, what happened at school?" Jin asked. Namjoon shook his head, Jin wiping his tears away with his thumbs.

"Obviously something happened. Don't say it's nothing." Jin murmured. Namjoon wrapped his arms around Jin and hugged him carefully, resting his head in his shoulder as he told Jin about what Aeri was threatening to do.

"Namjoon, let her. She can tell all she wants. I don't want you to be upset." Jin said. "I don't want you unhappy again." Namjoon said. Jin sighed. "If she tells, then people will know about her too, it doesn't make a difference so don't be upset." Jin said.

He gave Namjoon a reassuring smile before leaning in and pressing their lips together gently. He pulled away and hugged him, Namjoon hugging back.

They were quiet for a moment until Jin spoke up. "It's a boy." Jin whispered. "Really?" Namjoon asked and Jin nodded. "That's nice." Namjoon murmured as he continued to hug him, rubbing his tummy gently.

"I don't want Aeri making you upset. It hurts me too when you're sad." Jin said. "I love you." He said. "I love you too." Namjoon responded.

Sadly Aeri had already began her reign of terror.
