01: Aurora

"Guys, are you ready? The uber will be here in less than two minutes", I shouted through the dorm after taking one final look into the mirror.

I put on a bit of perfume and left my room with my favorite black clutch in my hand. Jisoo was already waiting outside. She was dressed in her most recently bought dress, which showed a glimpse of her collar bone.

Just when I was about to slip into my black heels, Chaeyoung came out of her room, putting a strand of hair behind her ear.

"Is the red lipstick too much? Should I change?", she asked and both Jisoo and I shook our head at the same time. She was looking dangerously hot in her white dress, that was just a tint too short in my taste.

She also put on her shoes and while we were still waiting for our youngest, Jisoo got a text message.

"That's our uber driver. He's here."

I nodded and opened the door of our apartment.

"Lisa-yah, were leaving", I shouted and stepped outside.

"Wait, you can't just leave without me!"

Lisa hastily came out of her room, fiddling with her bracelet before putting on her heels. Her hair was put into a high ponytail and her two-piece outfit was embellished by little diamonds.

"Okay, everyone's got everything?", Jisoo asked as the four of us left our apartment and went to the elevator.

"Mhm, can someone help me?"

Lisa was still fiddling with her bracelet, unable to secure it with only one hand. Chaeyoung handed me her clutch and helped her best friend with her accessory.

The door of the elevator opened at the ground level and together we left the building.

We got into the uber and as soon as Lisa closed the car door behind her, the man behind the driving wheel started driving.

He already knew our destination. It wasn't the first time he brought someone to that place. But it certainly was the first time he brought us there.

When we arrived at our destination, he stopped the engine and turned around to look at us.

"Do you know where to get in?", he asked and Jisoo nodded confidently.

"Yes, thank you for bringing us here", she replied and handed him the money.

As we left the car I could hear him say "My pleasure" before driving off to probably get another idol group.

We followed Jisoo inside the building and watched her show her ID to a security guard. With a nod, he gave it back to her and lead us downstairs.

He opened a big metal door for us and made a swift hand motion.

"Welcome, Blackpink, to Aurora."

We stepped into the night club and as the blinding lights and the loud music greeted us, I felt as if everything was happening in slow motion.

Step after step we walked down the last remaining stairs, Jisoo and me leading the way.

I felt the stares of other Korean idols on us and with a smirk, I let my fingers run through my hair.

They knew that we would be there that night. Of course, they knew. They had probably counted down the days until we finally could enter Aurora.

"If you're looking for us, we'll be dancing", Lisa said and pulled Chaeyoung to the dance floor. I looked after them until I couldn't see them between all the other people dancing.

"Let's get something to drink", Jisoo mumbled in my ear and took my arm. As we walked past others, I could feel some of them turning around and looking after us.

Jisoo ordered a pink gin while I ordered a sex on the beach. While we were waiting for our drinks I slowly felt a hand creeping up my arm.

"Oh my god, finally you guys are here."

I turned around and immediately received a hug from Twice's Nayeon. Her familiar scent made me smile brighter as I put my arm around her.

She let go off me and hugged Jisoo, whispering something in her ear. Nayeon sat down next to her and ordered something as well.

"Ladies, your drinks."

I took my drink and turned around, leaning my back against the bar. While Jisoo and Nayeon started to chitter-chatter I looked around and watched all the other idols dancing and enjoying their lives.

I saw Red Velvet's Yeri dancing with Got7's Yugyeom and Seventeen's Vernon joking around with Monsta X's Jooheon.

Finally, after three years, we were a part of it all. Aurora, the night club for all Korean idols. One could only get in three years after their debut and they had to have at least one music show win.

So with Blackpink getting their first music show win a few days after debut, it was only a matter of time until we could actually get in.

We were now officially part of the Korean idol elite.

I took a sip of my drink and placed it back down on the bar.

"I'll be outside for a moment, I need some fresh air", I told Jisoo and stood up.

Feeling a certain somebody's gaze on my body made me feel uncomfortable. I made my way through the crowd of people, upstairs where the restrooms were, feeling my throat tighten with every step.

I pushed open a metal door and stepped outside. I took a deep breath and stepped forward to lean against the railing.

"Aww, shit you startled me."

The sound of an unknown voice made me flinch so I turned around, searching for its owner.

I turned around and looked right into a man's eyes.

He exhaled and my eyes slowly followed the smoke coming out of his mouth. Then my gaze went down to his hand and I looked right at the cigarette.
