Something Gained

Aftermath

        I heard Sin yelling at someone. It was probably James but I just sat there numb to everything around me. He came in and got me. He took me home. Once we got to my house, he stayed with me. I don't remember the drive home because I wasn't really paying attention. I was still in shock over what happened. I didn't even do anything bad that should have caused that to even happen. I suddenly felt arms around me. I looked over and I saw Sin staring at me looking concernced. I just smile the best I can as my face hurts. I will give her one thing, She doesn't hit like a girl at all. "Hey what's on your mind?" Sin asked me. "Fuck she can hit and why would you do that shit to someone? I just walked away because I didn't want to deal with her bullshit and then BOOM She was beating me up. I'm like are you fucking kidding me.  I couldn't get anything else through my head besides flashbacks of shit I didn't fucking want."I said as I started crying. Sin just sat there and held me. He rubbed my back as I just cried.

           I Don't remember falling asleep but I know I did because I woke up in my bed. I saw Sin laying next to me. I looked over at the time and saw it was midnight. I quietly got up so I wouldn't wake him up. I went downstairs to get some water and something to eat because I was hungry. I saw my phone sitting there. So I looked at it. I had a ton of texts from everyone checked up on me.  I grab my phone and put it in my pocket. I make a sandwich and grab some juice instead of water. I go and sit down at my table and take my phone out and start sorting through my texts. I take a picture of my face and send it to Ella so she can see how bad that Lana got me. I saw a bunch from James and some from Cam.  I open up James Texts first. I reply to him. 

        Me: Yeah I guess I am okay.

     James: You finally respond. I was thinking you were dead or something.

    Me: Nah I've been sleeping.

                  Ella called me after she saw my picture. So we sat and chatted for awhile. I told her I wasn't alone and that Sin was here. I heard her choke on her water. Then I tell her it's purely innocent.  We said our byes and hung up the phone. I got a text from Cam.

               Cam: Are you ever gonna reply?

              Me: People need to relax. I fell asleep and I just woke up to eat so here I am checking my texts and shit.

          Cam: are you alone?

    I look at his text for  a bit, not really sure how to answer it. Is it really anyones business if I'm alone or not?  I shake my head and sigh.

     Me: No I'm not alone. Sin is here yet. He didn't want to leave me alone after he dropped me off.

    Cam: Oh are you being safe?

     Me: We were sleeping. He's still sleeping. I'm only up because I don't think I ate. and I was starving.

    Cam: Well be safe. Goodnight.

        I roll my eyes and finish my sandwich. I drink my juice and decide to head back upstairs. I think I needed to take a bath or a shower. Something to relax. My body completely hurt all over from today. I started the water, hoping I wouldn't wake up Sin while I did this. I undressed and slipped into my bath. I relaxed and just sat there thinking of everything. I was dreading having to face everyone looking like a mess. But thankfully I'm a pro at hiding this shit. I'm not sure how long I was in the tub for. I suddenly get startled from hearing Sin clearing his throat. I look over in the doorway and I see him standing there, just staring at me.
