Were Going To Washington?!

Chapter 29-

I open my eyes and see I am in a unfamiliar room but it's probably just a room in my aunts and uncles house... Wait what last thing I remember was Burt beating me...

I get up from the bed and start to look around I then see a picture of a man and a woman and a girl about 3 years old. I pick up the picture and I look at it a little closer and than I realize that the little girl looks a lot like I would have looked like at that age.

I hear the door open and I see Jason at the door when he sees me he rushes over to me and gives me a big hug.

"Blare your ok." he says

"Course I am ok."

"What happened back there?" He asks

"Burt found out I wasn't really at work so he started asking questions and I wouldn't give him answers so he started to beat me."

He hugged me again and when he let go he said "want to go down stairs everyone is there."

I nod putting down the picture. Jason takes my hand and we go down stairs once we reach there Zoey and Emily are the first to see me so they jump up and envelope me in a hug.

Once we pull apart Zoey says "Blare you had us all so scared."

"I'm ok now."

"Yeah but never do that again." Emily says

"I won't."

Then my Aunt and Uncle come over to give me a hug and when we pull apart my uncle says "I'm so sorry we let you go in there."

"It alright I'm fine now."

"Come on sweetie lets go sit down." my aunt says guiding me over to the coach

Once we are all sitting I ask the question I have been dying to know since I woke up "what happened to Burt."

"Well the cops came and they saw Burt beating you so he got arrested and so did Amy." My Uncle explains

"Oh."

"Me and Zoey packed all your cloths and other personal stuff for you Blare." Emily says

"Thank guys." I say giving them a genuine smile.

"What's next." is ask

"What do you mean." Jason asks

"What going to happen to me now."

"Oh well I called your school and you are taking a couple of weeks off." My Aunt said

"Really!! That's great I needed a break from school for a while." I said

"So Blare I called the president, your father, and told him we are coming down to Washington for a visit but I didn't tell him that you were with us so it will be a surprise." My Uncle says

My smile grew even wider hearing the news.

"Oh Blare I'm so happy for you!!" Zoey exclaimed

"Well I'm glad you are because you three." Says my Aunt pointing to Jason, Zoey, and Emily."well be coming with us."

Emily and Zoey start jumping up and down squealing and start saying we are going to Washington over and over and over again.

"Is my mom ok with that." asked Jason

"Yes I talked to all of your parents and we got the ok." My Aunt says proudly

Jason hugs me tight and whispers "were going to Washington." And I smile.

Once we pull apart I turn to my Aunt and Uncle and ask "When are we going and how long are we staying."

"Since today is Saturday we will be leaving on Monday and Blare it depends on if your parents would want you to stay and live with them.... in Washington." My Uncle states

I nod my head realizing that Jason, Emily, and Zoey are coming back but I'm not, I can't imagine a world without them in it.

"Come on Blare lets go shopping then we can pack." Emily says

"Alright." I says

"Want to come Jason." I ask

"No, go have fun with your friends but I'll see you later, bye Mr. and Mrs.Crothers." Jason says walking out the door waving.

Lily comes running up to me and says "I want to go shopping with the big girls."

"Alright you can come." I say

She gets the biggest smile on her face.

"Here you go some money for you, Lily and your friends." My Aunt say handing me some cash

"Alright thanks." I say hugging her

"By the way Blare you will be staying with us till we go to Washington." My uncle says
I nod my head with a smile.

"Can we gooooo nooooww." Lily whines

I take her hand and say yes.

"Bye." I say to my Aunt and Uncle.

And Me, Zoey, Emily, and Lily head to Zoey's car so we can go to the mall.

Once we are in the car with Zoey driving me in passenger seat, Lily in her boasted seat and Emily next to her Zoey screams "Let the Fun Begin!!" Then she zooms of!
