Roman stared at his makeup proudly. His face was now rosier, with red and pink glitter lining his upper eyelids. He had a small halo painted onto his forehead and he looked ravishing. Rose-red blush dusted his cheeks and gave his face a radiant glow. He was bright and warm, looking mystical while looking handsome at the same time. His lips had been painted a passionate pink and he had glitter on his nose.

Virgil glared at himself, despite the small excitement in his chest. He had never had someone do his makeup and when he finally did it had been Janus, the best of the excellent. His face was coloured white completely with dark indigo edges that pushed around the edges in tiny circles. Virgil had black eyeliner that ran from his tear ducts down to the corners of his mouth - Janus had given him black lipstick to put on too. Annoying, however, the makeup artist had fulfilled his threat and light purple sequins of glitter were pasted onto his cheeks in small swirly patterns.

"I love this." Roman declared.

"It's alright..." Virgil murmured, pushing his bangs over his face.

Janus rolled his eyes. "Oh, Virgil, don't be so enthusiastic about your love!"

Virgil rolled his eyes, looking back at Janus, who was working on Remus. Patton had tried very hard to cover his ears the moment Remus opened his mouth. Logan had left to go home.

The emo said, "Hey, Deceit, can I wipe this off?"

"Let me take a picture first, then wash it off," Janus instructed picking up his phone from the armrest and beckoning Virgil to come to him. The emo did so and Janus took a fast picture.

Virgil leaned away and walked off to the bathroom. Roman pulled out his own phone and took about seven different selfies of his makeup.

Janus rolled his eyes with a huff at Virgils' eagerness to remove his makeup. He turned back to trying to hide Remus's' moustache.

Roman sat down next to Patton, reading over his shoulder. "You have to go too?"

"Mhm. My mom needs me to go shopping quickly." Patton explained.

"Aw, too bad, Pat," Roman said apologetically. "See you at school later!"

Patton nodded, standing up as he slipped his phone into his pocket. "Yep! See y'all later!" And he heads into the hallway to put on his shoes and bag.

Virgil emerged from the bathroom just as Patton left. He had wiped off all the makeup and was putting on his eyeshadow. He stooped to pick up his bag. "I gotta go, my dad wants me back now."

"Goodbye, emo nightmare!" Roman waved at Virgil, grinning as his friend gave him a brief salute.

"Bye, princey," Virgil answered, walking out of the room. "See you guys tomorrow!"

The door shut and Thomas turned to Roman. "I probably need to go too. Janus, I can give you a lift home?"

Janus began to answer but Remus interrupted, "Oh, don't worry! Janus can sleep in my bed!~"

"Ew," Roman said with a small grimace.

Janus rolled his eyes. "Oh, shut up, Remus. If I am staying here, I'll be sleeping on the couch. My mom texted me saying I shouldn't come home for a while because my step-father's' returned. Could I borrow some clothes?"

Remus nodded, understandingly.

Thomas wanted to press the matter, scared about what Janus had meant, but needed to get home. "Bye, guys." He said with a wave as he went to leave.
