This is just a Demus chapter. I couldn't resist, I had to-

Janus sighed softy, resting his head on Remus's shoulder. They were binge-watching Stranger Things from the first episode and the title screen was rolling slowly. The TV paused and Janus frowned, glancing up to see Remus inspecting his forearm.

"That's a big bruise..." Mused Remus, eyes filled with concern. He glanced at Janus. "You know, we can always get the police involved, you don't have to-"

"Remus." Janus replied calmly, letting their fingers intertwine. "It's fine. We'll mooch off his money for as long as we can, you know we need it."

His boyfriend searched his eyes desperately for something but sighed, nodding. "I guess. I know you don't like to talk about it, I shouldn't have pressed it."

Janus smiled fondly at Remus, tiling his face to kiss the others' cheek gently. "It's okay, Remus. Can we watch something else now?"

Remus nodded, eyes lighting up. "How about Nightmare On Elms Street?"

Snorting, Janus nodded. "Cheap 80s' jump-scares are always great. Sure, put it on."

Grinning madly, the actor reached for the remote, searching for the horror movie happily. Janus stared at him, his smirk soft and loving. Damn, the boy was an idiot. A cute idiot, granted, but still such an idiot.

Nancy Thompson had finally destroyed Freddie and Janus smirked. "I'm not going to lie, the make-up jobs were so bad."

"Yeah, you could easily do better!" Remus agreed.

The couple shared a duvet cover they'd stolen from the bedroom of Remus's' parents because Romans' room smelled too much like cologne and no one in their right mind would go into Remus's' room. Ever. Janus had perched himself in Remus's' lap, head resting by his neck as he stared down at the TV. Remus leaned his head against the top of Janus's', making a gagging noise as the end credits finally rolled.

"Seriously, that movie was so cheap!" He scoffed.

"Patton, Virgil and Thomas wouldn't say the same," Janus commented, closing his eyes slightly.

Remus shrugged one shoulder, as to not disturb his boyfriend. "Well, they're pussies. It's a crappy 80s' horror movie with a freaky song. Patton's too protected for is own good, so's Thomas. Virgil just needs to grow up a little and accept proper emo culture."

"Horror movies aren't emo!" Laughed Janus, opening his eyes again at Remus's' comment. "Horror movies are for crazies! Just like you," He teased.

"Aw, thank you!" Swooned Remus.

Janus sat up properly, raising an eyebrow. For once, his face was make-up free and Remus tried not to flinch at his bruised eye. Janus had told him that it wasn't his business and, even though Janus would sometimes explain, Remus didn't want to push it. He cupped his boyfriends' cheek, pushing away his worries, as he said, "You make me so gay sometimes."

"Ew! Remus, that's so weird!" Janus laughed again, pushing his palm into his boyfriends' face as he struggled away.

Remus laughed, forcing his way closer to Janus, catching the others' face and pulling him in for a kiss. Janus didn't resist and neither heard the door opening.

Roman waltzed in, dropping one of Virgil's' bags on the ground. "Hey, guys, you won't believe..." His twin and Janus broke apart quickly.

Virgil walked into the awkward scene. He raised an eyebrow. "Do you two do nothing but try to eat each others' faces?"

Remus grinned. "I try to eat his di-!" Janus hit him over the head with a pillow.
