"I need to escape. There is a way out."

With Hafet on her back, Mava has been repeating that line over and over. Stomping through a place unknown to her. With no one else to talk to. Of course Maleficent had to take the stone. Mava mutters and blames herself for what happened. How did she fail to stop the intruders, when it mattered most?

Walking on a long, curvy road with glowing stone pillars being the only source of light, she finally decides to pause. Taking one last step forward, she falls over with Hafet's body pressing her against the ground. After a short struggle she frees herself. Oh, how she wishes to return to Dundorma.

"How did I let this happen?", she mumbles out of breath while staring at her brother. "I never thought I'd see you like that, Haf..."
Brother... Two of them are traitors now. Slamming a fist into the ground she pulls herself up again, as she bends down to pick up Hafet, a sharp pain runs through her stomach. "That stupid-!"
Anger doesn't help right now. She needs to get out of here.

Remembering how the city's alarm bang startled her. How she lashed out towards those intruders... Wondering where her soldiers were, only to be embarrassingly knocked down at the very end. This should've ended differently. And Azal let all of it happen.

"What are you thinking?", she demanded an answer. But he didn't even look at her. Her own brother. The dark cloaked woman however... she laughed more hysterically with each second passing. The woman with the flower for an eye.

Mava looked over to Hafet and Theon. He was shaking. And Hafet stood there with his bow, ready for battle. He was focused on Azal, with the widest grin possible. Finally, his distrust for him was justified. And then there were the other people, three silver haired men. How they approached her. How menacing. But she moved forward too.

"They say you are treated like a goddess.", the one with the strange red light-like swords grinned at her. Mava remained silent, her expression became more serious. With a deep breath, she sprinted at them. Suddenly she stands somewhere else! Mava accidentally runs into the entrance door: "What the-!?"
Turning around, she noticed that she was placed meters away from everyone else.

"Whoa! That was so cool!?", Theon and Hafet chant, while the man with a turquoise blade lands on his knees, the cloaked woman lifts her staff. The ground begins to shake, large vines with thorns growing out of it, trapping Mava's little brothers.

However, Azal harshly turns to her. But she only laughs and now directly speaks to his sister: "You! That stone you carry on your chest. Hand it over to me."

"This relic is and stays entrusted to me. If you want it, then come and take it."
The man who was addressed as Ansem raised an eyebrow: "Maleficent, what of them?", as he pointed at Hafet and Theon. They were cutting through the vines over and over, but to no avail. They kept growing back. The intruders glimpsed over to Azal. And he steps forward.

"Mav?", his bland, cold voice called out to her, while stretching out a hand: "Hand the Kinship stone to us and leave with them. Please."
That blank stare of his. It set her off. Not even in that moment he was able to express feelings. And then. The three men approached her, after a time of hesitancy.

His red glowing blades blocked the other two's path: "May I?"
The others seemed confused, but they stopped. Directly looking at Mava, his face became serious. Suddenly, the man lashes out. Even as fast as he moved, she still managed to block his first attack. After a short chuckle from his side, he kicked as high as her shoulder, another attack she dodged and tried to counter. The way he moved was graceful. This man fought impressively, she admitted.

Mava resisted, fought back and defended herself, a sudden pain however sending her to the ground.
"What a disappointment for someone who's thought to be invincible.", the man with the red blades slowly laughs. She remained on the floor, pushing herself away from Azal, who now bent down to her.
"I'm ashamed of you, Az."
Out of nowhere, she takes enough strength to pull on Azal's hair, as she heard something. It was a familiar sound to her. And her grip tightened.
