I continued on, styling my hair, and fixing my shirt, you know the cherry on top pieces. When I heard a knock from the door

"Just come in!" I half yelled because of the distance

And then the door opened and footsteps could be heard, coming closer to me every second

Today was Jae's birthday, and he hit me up for a date night

"Are you done?" He asked

"Almost," I replied

"Could you help me babe?" I asked

And with that, he stepped in my room, and was greeted by a handsome suited man, to be more precise a tuxedo. He looked etheral than ever. His hair, highlited by the moons beautiful ray (well technically the suns, but we ain't gonna be learning science here).

"You done checking me?" He smirked

"Y-yeah, I mean n-no I didn't check you out" A blush creeping upon my cheeks

"Dork" he scoffed

"Shut up, and lets just go?" I asked

"Sure, sure" he half laughed

We waltzed our way down my apartment hall, and arrive at the elevators. We pressed the down button, and sooner than later the shiny silver sliding door opened, we stepped in and the door closed.

I couldn't help but feel awkward, as a pair of eyes were trailing over my actions. No, not Jae's rather a weird and intoxicated man, just chilling in the elevator.

"Hey handsome" a slight slur appeared

I flinched a bit, but continued to ignore the stranger. I could already sense Jae being on edge, just by that sentence.

"Not much of a talker are you?" The stranger winked

I instictively leaned on Jae even closer, making Jae hold my waist tightly.

God why is this elevator going down so slowlyy.

"Where ate you goin?" The stranger asked

"Why would you like to know?" I replied back this time

"Oh, the little pepper spoke" he bit his lip seductively

I rolled my eyes and slumped even closer to Jae.

"Oh, is he like your man?" The stranger asked as he sneakily wrapped a hand around my waist.

I unwrapped his hand immediately, and just snuggled even closer to Jae, clearly signalling I'm uncomfortable.
