Roommates //Changlix

Part 2

I wake up and look around the unfamiliar room I'm in. It takes me a second to remember that I'm at college in South Korea, not at my house back in Australia.

I look over to the other bed and see someone laying in it. Finally, I can meet my roommate.

I quietly walk over to the bed and kneel next to it. I look at the sleeping guy. He looks familiar.

It's... That guy that was performing last night! He's my roommate? That must be why I didn't see him here at all yesterday.

He looks so cute when he's sleeping. He must be tired, he came back so late. I don't want to wake him, so I try to stand up and go away when my phone suddenly goes off. He moves around and slowly opens his eyes. He sees me and jumps a little. I stand up as he sits up. I didn't realize how close I was to him. I feel my cheeks heat up.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to scare you," I say.

"Uh, it's fine, I needed to get up early anyway," he says.

"Oh, okay," I say. "Um, I'm Felix, and you are..?"

"I'm Changbin," the guy says.

"Nice to meet you Changbin, I saw your performance yesterday, it was cool!" I say.

"Oh thanks," Changbin says and smiles. "Are you a freshman?"

"Yeah, and you're a... " I say.

"Sophomore," Changbin says.

"Ah okay, so you're my Hyung," I say and smile widely.

"Yeah, I guess I am," Changbin says and slightly smiles.

"Well I'm gonna go shower, I have to give some students a tour today," Changbin says as he stands up.

"Okay," I say as Changbin stands up and walks to the bathroom.

I can't believe that my roommate is the guy I saw last night. And he caught me staring at him. While he was sleeping! If Hyunjin knew that, I would never hear the end of it.

I go to my phone and see who texted me. It's Hyunjin.

Hyunjin:
I'm gonna go shopping for some stuff, do you wanna come with me? Minho is coming.

Me:
Sure I'd love to!

Hyunjin:
Great, we're leaving in 20 minutes.

Me:
Okay, I'll get ready.

I put my phone down and put on some plain sweatpants and my favorite hoodie. I put on my shoes and leave. I go down to the first floor. Jisung told me that he was in room 113. I find his room and knock on the door. I wait a minute before someone opens the door.

"Excuse me, but do you know what time it is?" A guy grumpily opens the door.

"Sorry, I'm going to go the store, I was gonna ask Jisung if he wanted to come with me," I say. "This is Jisung's dorm right?"

"Yeah," the guy steps to the side and gestures for me to come in.

"I'm Felix, what's your name," I ask the guy.

"I'm Seungmin, now I'm gonna go back to sleep, you can wake up Jisung."

"Okay, great," I smile as the guy lays back down in his bed.

I walk over to a bed where I see Jisung sleeping. He looks so peaceful and comfortable, I almost don't want to wake him.

"Jisung?" I say quietly.

"Hmm," Jisung mumbles but doesn't wake up. I lightly shake him.

"Jisung, get up," I say a little louder. He doesn't wake up. "Fine."

I lay on him and shake him.

"Jisunggggg," I whine.

"What do you want?" Jisung complains, finally waking up.

"Finally, sleeping beauty awakes," I say as Jisung glares at me. "I'm going to the store, and I was wondering if you wanted to come with me."

"It's only 7:30 in the morning, can't you go later?" Jisung groans.

"Well I'm up now, so why not go now?" I say. "Also, Hyunjin and Minho are coming."

"Oh?" Jisung says and sits up. "I guess I'll come."

"Great, c'mon, they're gonna leave in about 20 minutes," I say as Jisung gets up. I walk out of his room so Jisung can change.

"Okay, let's go," Jisung says, coming out of his dorm. Jisung and I walk out of the building to the auditorium. We get there first. We wait for a couple of minutes until Hyunjin and Minho come up to us.

"Felix!" Hyunjin says as he hugs me.

We greet each other.

"So, I saw this shop that's not too far from here when I was coming here," Hyunjin says.

"Oh yeah, I've been there, it's nice, they have a lot of stuff," Jisung says. "Let's go there."

"Okay, awesome," I say excitedly. We walk to the nearest bus station. Jisung leads the way because he knows where the store is. We sit in the back of the bus. It's about a 20-minute ride.

"I met my roommate this morning," I say to Hyunjin.

"Oh? What's his name?" Hyunjin asks.

"His name is Changbin. He's a Sophomore, he was that really cute rapper from the last performance last night," I say excitedly. Hyunjin giggles. "What?"

"You said he was cute," Hyunjin says and giggles more. I didn't even realize I said that. It just came out.

"I-I didn't mean it," I say quickly. I feel my cheeks heat up.

"I think somebody has a crush," Hyunjin says and smirks.

"I don't like him like that," I say and slap his shoulder.

"Suuure," Hyunjin says.

"What?" Minho asks us.

"Nothing-" I say quickly.

"Felix likes somebody," Hyunjin says with a smile. I glare at him.

"No, I-" I say.

"Really? Who?" Jisung asks excitedly.

"Nobody! I don't like anybody," I say, my cheeks are very red. Everybody giggles at me and I roll my eyes.

"When's our stop?" I say crossing my arms across my chest.

"Still ten minutes away," Jisung says and I sigh.
