Part 21

We arrive the house where the party is.

Or should I say-

"It's a mansion!" Jisung says. Minho parks his car across the street from the house. It's only a 10 minute drive from the campus. It's only 9:30 and there are so many people and cars. I start to feel nervous. I've never been to a party.

"Come on, let's go guys," Hyunjin says excitedly as he drags Seungmin towards the house. I walk behind Minho and Jisung who are holding hands.

I wonder if Changbin is here.

We walk into the party and I immediately smell alcohol. There's so many people and the music is really loud.

What do people even do at parties like this? Dance around and drink?

I lose Seungmin, Jisung, Minho and Hyunjin in the crowd. I start to feel dizzy and need air. I push through the crowd and finally make it to the kitchen. It's less crowded here. There's a bunch of beer and other alcohol. I look for a cup and fill it up with water.

Why did I agree to come here?

"It's a little overwhelming out there isn't it?" A girl I've never met comes into the kitchen.

"Huh?" I turn around from the sink and the girl laughs a little.

"I'm Yiren, and you are...?" The girl named Yiren asks me.

"Uh, Felix," I say.

"That's an unusal name," the girl says.

"Yeah, I'm from Australia," I say.

"Oh okay, that's cool," Yiren says. "Well I came in here for these."

Yiren holds up an unopened pack of beer.

"Me and a couple of other people are hanging out in a another room, it's quieter and less crowded, you can come if you want," Yiren says.

"That sounds... Great actually," I say and smile a little, the girl smiles widely and I follow her into a another room. There's about 6 other peoole sitting in a circle on the floor.

"Guys, this is Felix, do you mind if he joins us?" Yiren asks.

"Of course he can join, all are welcome here," I hear someone with an Australian accent say.

"I'm Christopher Bang, but everybody calls me Chris, this is Sana," Chris points to a girl next to him. "And there's Yugyeom, and BamBam, Ryujin. And this is Jeongin, he's just a baby though."

"I'm not baby! I'll be in college next year!" The guy named Jeongin whines.

"You'll always be my baby," Chris says and smiles at me, Jeongin just sighs, giving up.

"Well we were just gonna play spin the bottle. Do you know how to play?"

"I've heard of it," I say.

"Well basically, someone will spin this bottle," he holds up and empty beer bottle. "And whoever it lands on, the two have to kiss."

"Oh, okay," I say, unsure of wether or not I want to play. I sit down on the ground next to the guy named Yugyeom.

"I'll start," Bang Chan says and puts the bottle on the floor and spins it.

It lands on Jeongin.

"Oh no, I do not want to kiss you, spin it again!" Jeongin complains.

"No can do," Bang Chan says and kisses Jeongin.

I watch as the bottle gets passed around. Thankfully the bottle doesn't land on me so I don't have kiss anybody.

"It's your turn," Chris holds the bottle out to me.

"Oh no, can I skip?" I ask.

"Come on, it's a harmless kiss," Chris says.

"You can do it," Yiren says encouragingly.

"I mean, I guess," I say. I take the bottle and place on the floor. I slowly spin the bottle. I don't really wanna kiss anybody. Why did I even agree to this.

I watch the bottle, as if in slow motion. I watch as it slowly lands on Yugyeom. It could have at least landed on Yiren. I start to get really nervous as I look up at Yugyeom, he looks just as surprised as I do.

"It's fine if you don't wanna kiss, we'll just skip your turn," Yugyeom says.

"Oh come on, it's just one little kiss," Chris says.

"I guess it's not a big deal," I say.

"Okay, if you say so," Yugyeom says.

I slowly lean closer to Yugyeom. I close my eyes as I kiss him. My mind instantly thinks about Changbin.

What if finds out about the kiss? Would he care?

What am I thinking? Of course he doesn't care.

I stop thinking about Changbin and think about how I'm kissing Yugyeom. I know should pull away since we only supposed to quickly kiss, but it's almost like I don't want to. And it seems like he doesn't want to pull away either.

Suddenly, I feel myself get pulled away from Yugyeom. I look at him confused as someone takes my hand and pulls me outside of the room.

"Ch-Changbin?" I look up at person who's dragging me away. "Wh-what are you doing?"

Changbin doesn't say anything as he drags me out of Chris's house.

*Chris's Pov*

I watch Yugyeom and Felix kiss. Right when they kiss, Changbin comes into the room. He glares at me and I shrug innocently.

He always says that he doesn't like Felix, so if he doesn't, he won't care that Felix is kissing someone.

I smirk when I see Changbin take Felix's hand and pull him out the room.
