Part 20

*Friday*

I quickly finish my homework and wait for Hyunjin and the others to come to my dorm. Other then having classes with Jisung, I haven't seen them since the weekend.

Changbin is still in class. Since Monday, Changbin picked me up from work every night, even though I could have gotten a ride from Renjun's brother. I told Changbin that I had a ride, but he still came to pick me up.

As soon as I finish my homework, I hear someone knock on the door.

I told Hyunjin that they could just walk in.

"Come in!" I say. I get confused when I see Renjun.

"Renjun? What are you doing here?" I ask as I turn my chair to face him as he sits on my bed.

"Ugh, I'm the worst!" Renjun says and he lays down on my bed and looks up at the ceiling.

"What did you do?" I ask, even more confused.

"Well today I was hanging out with Yuta... He's going back to Japan tomorrow so he wanted to see me today," Renjun pauses.

"Okay, what happened?" I ask.

"Well we went to the movies, and it was going very well, until I saw Jaemin. He came up to me and said he was sorry and asked to get back together with me. Then Yuta said that he was my boyfriend and put his arm around me, Jaemin looked mad, Yuta then pulled away, outside of the theater. When I asked him why he did that, he said he did it to protect me from Jaemin, then he also said that he liked me and kissed me.

"Oh wow, what did you do after that?" I say.

"I ran away," Renjun sighs.

"Why did you run?" I ask.

"I panicked. I only thought of him as a friend, a best friend. And he kissed me. Friends don't kiss friends," Renjun sighs.

"You thought of him as a friend? Do you like him?" I ask and Renjun looks at me.

"N-no," Renjun says quickly. "I mean, I don't think I do. Plus, even if I did like him, I just broke up with my boyfriend not that long ago. I'm not ready to be in a relationship yet."

"I know that Jaemin cheated on you with your best friend, but not everybody is like that. I think you should talk to Yuta before he leaves, otherwise you'll really regret it," I say.

"He's probably already gone, his flight was at 5:30," Renjun says. "And it's like a half hour drive."

"It's only 4:51," I say and Renjun sits up.

"Oh... I have to then," Renjun stands up.

"Yeah, tell me how it goes," I smile as Renjun runs out of my dorm. I laugh a little before I turn back to the desk to check over my homework.

"Hey Felix!" Hyunjin walks into my dorm, Seungmin, Jisung, and Minho walk in behind him.

"Hey guys!" I say excitedly.

I put my homework away and join them on my bed.

"Well, Seungmin and I have news," Hyunjin says, looking at Seungmin nervously.

"Hyunjin and I..." Seungmin says, not looking away from Hyunjin.

"We're dating," Hyunjin says and smiles widely, grabbing Seungmin's hand.

"I knew it!" I say and they look at me.

"What, how?" Hyunjin asks me.

"You guys are so obvious," I say.

"Yeah, but you guys are also really cute!" Jisung says excitedly. I look at Minho and Jisung.

"Yeah I know," Hyunjin smiles widely at Seungmin who smiles back at him.

"Umm, well if we're telling the truth now," Jisung says. "Minho and I are also dating. We've been dating for a couple of weeks, but we were scared to tell you. Felix already knew."

"Ha! You owe me 20 bucks," Hyunjin says to Seungmin.

"Yeah okay," Seungmin hands Hyunjin a 20 dollar bill. Jisung and Minho watch in shock.

"You guys made a bet on our relationship?" Minho asks.

"Yeah, Seungmin didn't think you guys were together, but I did, so we made a bet," Hyunjin says happily and kisses Seungmin's cheek.

Jisung and Minho just look at each other happily.

"Um, there's still a single here," I say to get their attention.

"What about Changbin?" Hyunjin asks me and everybody looks at me.

"We're cool. We're friends," I say.

"Seriously? You guys act like a couple. Why don't you just confess to him already?" Hyunjin asks me.

"I don't like him like that and he doesn't like me either," I say.

"Sure okay, keep telling yourself that," Hyunjin says.

Before I can say anything Jisung says something.

"You know, I heard there was a party going on," Jisung says. "I guess it's someone's birthday, Christopher Bang? Or Chris as everybody calls him. He goes to this college, all students are welcome. It's at his house."

Isn't that Changbin's friend who is also Australian?

"That would be the perfect way to celebrate our relationships!" Hyunjin says.

"Yeah, we should go," Minho says.

"Okay," I say.

"I guess," Seungmin says.

"It'll be fun, Minnie," Hyunjin says.
