     "Go tell your commander a word from me. 'My patience isn't limitless. Unlike my power.'"

      The house elf disappeared with a loud 'pop', leaving the three in to the room. Soon the air was filled with a slightly worried voice of Narcissa;
"Bella?"
Voldemort turned on his heels to see the two sisters next to each other, Narcissa looking at Bellatrix with worry. Bellatrix on the other hand had a weird expression on her face. No pain exactly, just something he couldn't recognize. Soon she went back to normal;
"I'm fine." Narcissa didn't give up that easily;
"What was that?", Bellatrix had a thinking look, not knowing answer to that question by herself either;
"I don't know, I just had a weird feeling"
"Are you su-" before Narcissa could finish, Bellatrix let out a fustrated sigh, which was enough to silence her sister. She didn't get out of the situation though, when The Dark Lord walked beside her, lifted her left sleeve up, to reveal her Dark Mark. Narcissa flinched a little by this, and as unnoticiable as possible stepped away.
"Severus will check on you", and Bellatrix couldn't say no to him, so he called him through her mark.

     Bellatrix and Voldemort were in Bellatrix's old bedroom at the Malfoy manor, waiting for Snape to come.
"Nothing's wrong with me!"
"I won't take any risks, Bellatrix, since Dumbledore wants to have this child dead so much!"
"Understood".
They heard a knock from the door, and Bellatrix flashed it open with her wand.
"What's wrong?" Asked the figure of Severus Snape, walking in the room.
"Nothing."
"Bellatrix!"
Severus would've laughed at this, if it would have been anyone else than these two. He walked up to the woman and started doing all the basic spells, like usually. Bellatrix just stood there displeased, and Voldemort kept an eye on them from a corner.

     After a while, Severus straighened himself up, and looked at Bellatrix;
"When the chandelier fell yesterday, did you get any glass in yourself?"
Bellatrix looked at him too, an inquisitive look on her face;
"Yes, why?"
"Where?"
Now Voldemort started to get interested in this too, and slowly leaned a little forward.
"In my rib, why?"
Severus didn't answer the question, instead shot another spell on Bellatrix, and then his eyes got wide and he straightened again, and quickly said;
"You might want to lay down"
Bellatrix looked up to him, sighed again;
"I am absolutely fine-" and then she groaned in pain. She hunched, and struggled to breathe. First she would've thought it to be another poison reaction, but it was different. It felt stabbing and it focused on her lower abdomen. It ended as soon as it had started, and she breathed a little before straightening herself, and noticing that The Dark was already by her side. Bellatrix took one deep breath and looked at Snape;
"What was that?"
"The piece of chandelier, which got in your rib yesterday, has cut one of your veins, which is obvious and normal. Only that it had poison in it", Bellatrix's expression changed by this completely.
"And?"
Snape got completely serious, and was like a professional healer should be, with worry in his voice;
"It has caused a premature labor."
Bellatrix swallowed, and asked with a slightly scared voice;
"Isn't it too small?"
"No. Eight months old child will be fine, just with a few simple spells and potions"
"What's the problem then?"
Bellatrix looked at the two men on her both sides. It was the Dark Lord to speak this time, but before it, he told Snape to leave the room, but to wait right outside of it and he did;
"The poison has spreaded inside of your stomach, which caused all of this, and I can promise that the pain by this will be unbearable."
Bellatrix looked up to him, with worry and sadness in her eyes;
"So I'll probably die from this?"
Voldemort didn't answer, instead looked at her, and to Bellatrix's surprise, he, almost gently, kissed her.

      Soon they had already broken off from the kiss, and Bellatrix stated;
"At least I'll die serving you-" she couldn't finish before another contraction overhelmed her. Bellatrix clenched her teeth and spoke to him;
"The guests need to leave, I'm going to scream - and soon"

     Thirty minutes later Narcissa was holding Bellatrix's hand and crying her eyes out, for knowing that her sister's going to die soon. Currently, there was no one else in the room, they waited for a few Death Eaters wives, trained healers to come there.
"But won't the healers find out?" Narcissa concernly asked her sister;
"We - He'll obviliate them",
Just then the door opened and four small women came in, terrified by the situation. Bellatrix looked at each of them judgementally, before threatening them, with a voice full of hatred;
"If you don't help me, I'll kill you all", and then again a wave of pain hit her, only getting worse. When the pain eased, Bellatrix looked up to Narcissa;
"Promise me you'll take her to visit you sometimes, I'm positive that it'll be terrifying to anyone to try and raise another me"
Narcissa smiled at her sister, and let out a small laugh between her sobs. She loved Bellatrix when she was like this, not the cold-hearted, mad and evil woman everyone knew.
"Do you think it's a girl?"
"I don't - but He does-" and then another wave of pain hit Bellatrix again, and she squeezed her sister's hand, who was pleading, in her mind, that Bellatrix would ease her grip.

     Almost seven hours later, completely strained Bellatrix pushed the one last time. The room was filled with a cry of a baby, Bellatrix could only recognize a few words, 'girl', 'alright' and 'healthy', and she felt urge need to close her eyes. The door flashed open, Voldemort came in, the healers got out, and Bellatrix somehow mumbled a weak;
"Give her to me",
And soon she felt the tiniest, and the warmest human she had ever seen or felt on her arms and chest. And for a moment she smiled. Not her evil smile, just pure, happy smile. The look in her eyes was filled with only felicity. But that only lasted for a second. Bellatrix started feel herself go numb, losing the grip of everything, getting weaker and weaker. She felt her life slowly silpping away from her. Then she felt her own, little baby taken away from her. And Voldemort and Narcissa watched all of this happen. At the moment, he didn't care about the baby. He cared about the dying woman in front of him. Bellatrix breathed heavily and moved her gaze to the woman, Narcissa, who was holding her hand, crying.
"Cissy, you know that, I- I don't - hate you", Narcissa would've laughed if it would've been any other situation. This was her sister's way to say she loves her.
"I love you too, Bella".
Then Bellatrix moved her gaze to the Dark Lord, but it was getting too hard to breath, not even mentioning speaking;
"I-"
He made it easier for her;
"I know, Bella".
Narcissa's crying got harder every second. Bellatrix looked up, at the ceiling, letting a single, silent tear fall down her cheek, and breathing her last breath. And when her lifeless hand fell out of Narcissa's shaking one, her bare left arm to up, revealing her Dark Mark, the Dark Lord knew. He knew that it was love. He knew that he loved her. And he knew that he will always love her.

But no, there was no miracle. Instead, there laid Bellatrix Black's lifeless body.
