"your selfish." I mumble and he turns to me.
"What?"
"Nothing." I say, looking out the window.
Why won't he just talk to me? He keeps everything from me!
"Listen, I just dont-," he sighs, "I'm not to fond of my dad." He explains and chuckle softly at the use of words.
"Still, I think you should go, Shawn." I finish and he sighs.
"No."

"Alright, so your birthday's are 8 days apart," Brooke starts, I sigh and lay on my bed, "for Shawn, we'll do whatever the fuck he does and for Brianna, we do the thing at Jake's house." She explains and I glance at Shawn who's sitting next to Brooke.
Does she not know Jake's mom is getting married to Shawn's dad?
"I don't see the point in having a party at all." I shrug and lay back on my bed, going on my phone.

"Hello? Are you listening?" Brooke yells, snapping her fingers in my face.
"Sorry, what?" I say and put my phone to the side.
"I was saying, I'm going to lend you my dress." She explains and I laugh.
"No." I laugh and she purses her lips.
"Why not?" She whines and I just shake my head.
"Just, no." I laugh and she shrugs.
"To bad, a birthday girls gotta look good on her birthday," she fights, looking at Shawn for back off.
"She's not wrong Bri." He says and I groan.
"Fine, Whatever." I give in and she smiles.
"Now Shawn, I don't know what the hell you want to do." She says and he shrugs.
"I'm going out with Ben, Alex, and some other people. That's really it." He says, leaning back on some pillows.
"Your kidding." Brooke says, her face going cold.
"No, I'm not." He says and she sighs.
"So it's at Ben's place?" She asks and he nods.
"Mhm."
"I'm gonna take a shower." I stand up and Brooke nods. I grab my towels and toiletries before going out the room. Shawn watches me as I pick up my things. I put my phone on a charger.
"Well, I mean, am I even invited?" Brooke asks and Shawn laughs.
"Yes, your invited stupid."
