I woke up snuggled next to Ally in her cute double bed with the sunlight blinding me and my head aching. I sank my face into her covers, smearing makeup stains all over her fluffy pillows. I look at the time and groan. 5.23 am,why am I even awake this early? On a Saturday as well! I roll over and check my phone, six unread messages from yesterday from mum.

7.37pm- hope your having a lovely time, message me if your staying at Allisons xx

9.45pm - I'm going to assume you are as you haven't replied?xx
10.06pm- call me when you get this!x

10.21pm- seriously Amelia! This is just like you! Reply asap to tell me where your staying or I'm locking you out!!

11.54pm- me and Terri are going to bed,so your going to have to stay round Allisons tonight

12.01pm - sorry darling, I was just worried but Terri told me that you told him you were staying round ally's and you were leaving your phone there, sorry again, love you lots darling xx

My head felt dizzy, I didn't tell Terri that.. I realised he must have helped me out, I replied to mum quickly and sent Terri a thank you text.

Before long I had grown restless in the big bed, Allison definitely didn't look like she was waking up anytime soon, so I reluctantly crawled from the covers and threw on my old shorts, a vest top and a flannel shirt that belonged to Al and left the house, leaving her a cute love letter on her bedside table to tell her that I'd left.

I didn't feel like going home yet so I strolled to the nearest cafe to buy a coffee and a breakfast bar, I was about to leave when Cameron came into view, waving and calling me over. I sat down at the table where he and Hayes were sipping hot chocolate and smiled at the two if them. Hayes looked happy and as energetic as ever, Cam on the other hand looked like a smiley zombie.

"Hey Mils" Hayes greeted me and blew me a little kiss. I played along a pretended to catch it and put it in my pocket and his dimples deepened.

"What did I say to Ally yesterday, Mil?" Cam whispered quietly.

I couldn't hide the smile from my face as I explained exactly what had happened. Cameron's face lost all colour and Hayes and I were laughing so hard out stomachs hurt.

"I have to go and apologise" Cam muttered over our giggles.

"She won't be awake yet hun." I replied staring after him as he began to leave to shop.

"Well I'll try wake her then" and with that he left.

"Wanna walk home with me?" Hayes asked me, still red from laughing so hard.

"Sure" I answered and we headed towards the exit and down the road.

We walked in silence for a while, it wasn't awkward, just peaceful and quiet. I heard the birds singing random tunes and then my zen was shattered by Hayes' unexpected voice.

"So what happened with you and Nash last night?"

I looked at him suspiciously. "Whys that?"

"Well he was in a bad mood when he and home and I asked if you went to the party and he kinda freaked out at me, saying stuff like 'how would I know?' And 'why would I care if she did' so I assumed you'd fallen out.."

I sighed "well kind of,but we weren't really friends to begin with so..."

We stopped outside me house and I looked at his face, which was scrunched together in confusion.

"Really? Huh, the way he spoke about you, it was as if you were already dating. Anyways bye Mil" and he walked to his house with a wave, leaving me along on my front garden staring after him.
