chapter 36 .

I don't know what kind of family and friends I have . I mean they are always trying to meet me . It feels like we own a plane . Boston to Seattle,  then back . It's stupid to know that my mom is coming here this afternoon .

I was talking to myself in the bathroom  , when I heard jason . And   hit myself on head to forget that what happened yesterday.  I don't live alone anymore . I am with jason and I am happy . I told myself again and headed out .

"Hey , baby . "Whoa , that was bad .

"Hey , when did you came home last night?  " he was officially awkward

"Oh , not that late but you were sleeping so peacefully , I didn't  wanted to wake you up . " yeah yeah,  same old.

"Okay and can I ask you one more question . "He said and took few steps towards me . He had some papers in his hands and my moms name was written on it . Oh my god . Shit . How could  i .

"I am  just thinking . Jason . "

"Can you please explain these . Why do you have your moms freaking divorce file in your bag ? Do your mom know about this ?"

"No , she doesn't and she is not going to . I will take them back before she knows . "

"Eva , you can't do everything you want to . This is a crime . You stole her file . It's illegal.  And why are making notes about it . Are you planning to ? "

"Yes , I am . And i did not steal . I took them from her lawyer . I cannot see my mom loose jason . She is the reason I am trying this fuckin hard to stay in this school . "

"So ,  your mom doesn't know about it ? "

"Not yet . She is not even ready to tell me the reason why she can loose this case. And why the divorce can't be mutual.  I asked her . I just wanted to know the reason amd help her if I can . I mean what possibly can be the problem . "

"Do you know? "

"Know what ? "I asked dumb founded. 

"The reason your moms divorce is facing problem . "

"Not exactly but I think I do . "

"What is it ? "

"Alimony "

"I thought your mom earns well , I mean that house and all . Why does she need anything from your father . "

"Its not my mom , it's my father who is demanding financial help . I am not sure of the reason yet  but that's what I can understand.  "

"Okay , well Its good to know your mom is better than you father financially "

"So why that's a problem . "

"The problem is not about him asking alimony , the problem is the amount of money he is demanding.   I mean I am quite sure my mom doesn't even earns 1 /5 or to be honest 1/100 of it .  "

"Eva , how much is it ? " I handed him the papers back to see for himself. 

"Are you freakin kidding me ... 700 grand . "

"That's the problem and according to laws you have to pay 25 % of your salary . And  that ,makes my mom's yearly income ."

"300 million dollar . " I was interrupted by a voice when I turned around and saw the worst nightmare of my life again ....blaze .

"What are you doing here and how do you know what we are talking about ? " I shouted on top of my voice , this was not the time I can stay calm .

"Oh c'mon don't tell me you don't know what's going on ." She walked towards us in her perfect look and the sound of her heels grew as she moved closer .

"I always wonder why you turned your hair blonde eva ? "She asked me  changing the topic by starting the most stupid conversation she can.

"Was it so that you can look like me  , poor eva , always trying to be what she can't .  Remember we were always told believe what you see and you always believed in seeing what you want to believe in . It's time to change . "

"What are you doing here ? "Jason almost jumped on blaze .

"Should I tell him or you will ? "Why is she asking me ...oh my god , no she can't  or wait she can . There's nothing in the secret she told me to hide that day .

"You cannot threaten me anymore like you used to , it's nothing of the fuss you are trying to make . You can tell whatever you want to whomsoever you want . "

"What is it eva ?"  Jason asked  me .

"Its nothing that concerns you,  just me and my mom . Dont worry ."

"You sure "jason looked at me and asked again. 

"Yes , i am .  "I told him as his phone buzzed and he told me that he buzzed my mom in the building.  "

"Okay , a little family reunion . I like that . "

"We are not family " I striked back at blaze .

"Will be soon . " she continued and i decided to leave her bullshit with herself

"Jason , can you leave , please . "

"Eva , you said that's we don't hide anything from each other   ."

"I know  and I am really sorry . But this is a really sensitive issue . I will meet you tomorrow "

" okay , but promise to call me if you need me . "

"I promise . " I said and he left.  After a few seconds my  mom was there and I was ready to interrogate her .

"Hey , honey . "

"Mom , c'mon.  I know what the problem with your case is . Now , I am just interested to know how someone can expect you to pay so much money . "

"Eva , let me breathe for god sake . "She said .

"Are you done ?" I said and she passed me a glare .

"Okay  if you wanna get straight into it ..you know acilee.  "

"Yes mom , who doesn't.  It's the best clothing brand ever can exist . "

"You work there ? "I was so early to guess anything about my mom being related to acilee that I interrupted her again.

"She owns it . "Blaze said just when I had forgotten that she was even there . Wait , what did she said ? .
