what a change

ASHLEY’S POV:

i hugged addy, i knew her dad had hit her but i didn't know, what mari had told me none of us did. addy was stronger then i thought it wasn't just being hit but she was hurt. 

“addy i love you so much.” i said kissing her. “ashley i love you to.” she said kissing me back. “mari what did you and ash talk about?” addy asked giving her a stare.

“nothing bad i just warned him if he hurts you ill hurt him.” mari said laughing “yeah” i said shaking my head. “ashley tell me what you really talked about.” addy whispered in my ear.

“she told me some stuff about your dad, I'm sorry addy dose andy know?” i said whispering in her ear. she pulled away then shoot a look to mari “mari how could you!” she screamed at her. 

“addy calm down.” mari said quietly. “no i will not you broke a promise to me!” then addy stormed to her bunk and screamed “if anyone bothers me i will kill you all!” 

i turned to mari who started to cry in jakes arms, i haven't seen addy so pissed not even at andy. i turned to cc who said “ash lets go talk to her.” i shook my head “i think i should she seems pissed.” 

i took in a deep breath and walked to addy’s bunk, i heard her muffled crying it killed me inside to hear her so hurt. i pulled back her curtin and saw her lying with her face in a pillow her face was puffy and swollen i saw blood on her sheets from her wrist. 

“addy what did you do?” i said quietly to her almost in tears. she looked up at me and said “i thought mari was my friend she promised she would never tell and she told she broke her promise just like everyone else has.” 

i shook my head then sat with her wrapping my arms around her “addy i love you, and when you hurt your self you hurt me even more.” i kissed her and she sobbed on my chest grabbing my shirt. 

“i…im sorry” she managed to say in between tears. i kissed her cheek and said “addy come on please give me your blade and lets clean you up.” she shook her head. 

“fine but I'm not promising its my only one.” i held her arm then said “addy you cant do this, you hate the scares on your skin yet you still cause more and your scares hurt me because i wasn't there for you, you might as well cut my skin to!” 

she held me then said “ash i love you I'm sorry.” i pulled her out of her bunk and into the bathroom. i sat her on the counter and grabbed the first aid kit. “here addy wash it off please” i said turning on the cold water. 

she washed it off looking down trying not to look me in the eye “ashley why would you date me after this?” she said quietly “ addy i love you and i always want to be with you no matter what happens i never want to loose you and if this is you i still love you and i will take care of you always” 

she looked up i looked in her eyes, they looked so sad i mean i know she had on a smile but i saw through it right to the pain in her eyes and it was killing me to see her like this, hurt damaged. 

i picked her up off the counter and kissed her “i love you always” i said kissing her sweetly. “ash i love you to” she said putting her head on my shoulder. “ok come on you need to say sorry to mari” i said setting her down. 

“no I'm mad at her she broke a promise and that means something.” i shook my head “ok but promise me you will try to let this go?” i said kissing her. she smiled “i promise i will.” i grabbed her hand and she slid down her sleeves. 

we walked out of the bathroom and saw andy talking to cc, jinxx on his phone and jake trying to calm down mari. “hey  guys sorry about that!” addy said cheerfully at cc andy and jinxx. 

andy smiled at her and said “are you ok?” she shook her head “yeah just over reacted its all good now, so what stop is today?” all the guys started talking with her. 

i looked over at mari who was calm, jake said something to me but i didn't hear it i was focused on addy and how she could go from the mess i saw in the bunk to this happy cheerful girl with the guys who could never guess. 

i shook my head “cc can we talk?” he smiled then walked over to me and i said “look I'm worried about addy i found her not 10 minuets ago bloody and crying and now she's sitting there laughing.” 

“look ash you can worry all you want but addy is a strong girl if things where really that bad she would talk to chris you know that.” i shook my head “i guess your right.” i sat with everyone laughing and joking, worried about addy.
