Milo's Sister

Chapter 19

February 2020

"Dad," I wrapped my arms around him, "I love you."
"You be careful. I love you, too," He smiled.

"Bye, Mom," I hugged her tight, "I love you."
"I love you, too," I could hear the sadness in her voice, "You better bet that we'll be here so many times before your wedding."
I smiled, "I believe it." I pulled back and stood by Milo.

Camryn and Kayla stood a few feet back, watching the exchange.

Mom hugged Milo, "Keep my baby safe."
He chuckled, returning the hug, "I will."
My dad shook his hand, "Take care of our Princess."
He smiled, "Don't worry about that."

With that, my parents left to board the plane. We stood waving, until they were out of sight.

"I'm gonna miss them," I mumbled, so just Milo could hear.
"I know, Baby," He wrapped an arm around my waist and kissed my head.

We turned and went back over to Kayla and Camryn.

"Ready?" Camryn smiled

We nodded and left the airport.

"Milo," I whispered, "I hate living so far away from them. It's hard."
"I know it is," He whispered, rubbing my thigh, "Are...you having second thoughts on..." He motioned to us, "This?"
I furrowed my brows, "What? No way!" I leaned in to peck his lips lightly, "We're in this together, forever. You're stuck with me."
He chuckled, "You're cute."
I rolled my eyes, "You're cuter."
He shook his head, knowing this argument would never end, "Agree to disagree?"
I laughed and nodded, "I love you."

Okay, so I have quite a few ideas for this story and I'm super excited to get them out to you! I couldnt decide how to end this chapter, so I just went with this. Let me know what you think!
