Jasper's POV: (This chapter is smut but it doesn't get into it on this chapter! A new chapter will be posted to my 'Private Chapters for 'The Vampire King' Series' for you to read!)
I laid beside her as I watched her sleep for hours. Call me a weirdo, I don't care; I wasn't going to let her out of my sight again. My fingertips trailed on her face, along her cheek bones, down her jaw before I carefully ran my thumb over her lips.
She was beautiful in this morning light and I watched at how she stirred slightly and began to wake. She panicked as she didn't know where she was and I hushed her carefully and she snapped her head towards me as she heard me. She sighed as she saw me, a look of pure relief covering her beautiful features and I couldn't help but smile at her.
"Jasper?" She whispered gently and reached up carefully to touch the side of my face. Xavier and I both sigh and the same time and reach to cover her small hand with my cold one.
I noticed at how she then reached down and clutched her broken arm that I managed to put a sling around until she woke up so I could feed her my blood to heal her. "Here," I say and bite into my wrist. She looks at me wide eyed like I had gone crazy and I chuckle under my breath. "It'll heal you."
"Really?" She questioned and I nodded and she hesitant took my wrist and place her lips against the open wound. She cringed as she swallowed my blood before she lent back on the pillows. She then gasped, "oh my goodness!" She then stood up excitedly and jumped up and down before jumping on the bed then onto me.
I caught her with ease and spun her around so she was underneath me, but she didn't gasp at the sudden feeling, but kept laughing and wrapped her arms around my neck and pulled me down so I was laying on top of her almost.
"I'm so glad you're here." I whispered in her ear and she hummed out in satisfaction. She then calmed down as I started tracing her body randomly as her fingertips slowly crept up and down my back. I had to suppress the shiver.
I took the moment to just let myself know that this wasn't a dream and that she was actually here and breathing under me.
She them spoke, "Jasper?" She said my name gently and I hummed and lent up to see her face. Her hair seemed to be sitting perfectly on the covers, her green eyes shone up at me and her lips looked kissable and irresistible.
She seemed to be lost as well as she studied my face. "Yes, kitten?" I smirked slightly but she seemed to be unphased by that name now as she grabbed the back of my head and pulled me down to kiss her.
Sparks shot through my body as she wrapped her legs around my waist to pull me close and one of my forearms leaned against her head, being careful of her hair while the other trailed down her arm, down her waist where I squeezed gently before grabbing the back of her thigh and bringing it further up my body.
She moaned into the kiss, both her hands went to the sides of my face before drifting into my hair where she tugged the strands softly, making me grunt. They then travelled down to the back of my neck where it tickled slightly, but nonetheless gave me pleasure.
She then goes between our bodies and began to tug at my shirt which I immediately take off and watch as her eyes trailed down my body.
"See something you like?" I winked at her and she huffed and smirked up at me. I knew she was a bad girl secretly.
She crossed her arms over her chest as she looked up at me, "not sure, do I?" I narrowed my eyes at her before shooting my hands out to tickle her sides. She gasps and laughs before trying to take my hands away but I won't budge. "Jasper! Stop!"
"Then say you like it!" I laugh and she tries to roll away from me but I straddle her waist to keep her in place.
"Okay, okay! I love what I see!" She smiles and I stop and lean down to press my lips to hers softly before pulling away.
But she had other plans as she frowned and grabbed the back of my head and pulled me down to slam her lips to mine but harshly this time.
Klaire's POV:
I was dressed in a pair of skinny white jeans and a hoodie which I evidently stole from Jasper's side of the cupboard. Underneath I wore a red lace bra and panties.
Jasper grabs my hand in his large ones and leads us out of the bedroom and down the set of stairs at the end of the hallway. I giggle and jump on Jasper's back randomly because I really didn't want to walk down the stairs, or walk anywhere for that fact.
He laughs and grabs under my thighs to help support me and my arms wrap around his neck and I run my hands through his hair. "You weigh nothing, kitten." Jasper comments and we come to the kitchen and he sets me down.
Then I see someone in the corner of my eye speed towards me with their vampire sped and slams their body to mine in a bone crushing hug. "Oh my God, Klaire! I was so worried! Are you okay!? I'll kill whoever did those, I promise you!"
I smile at Zoe and we pull away. "No need, they're all dead." Zoe and I both look over at Jasper who sat at the stood with a blood bag in his hands. I look at the ground as I remember I killed Oscar. It's something that I won't forget, but I won't regret my decision in killing him, that's for sure.
Jasper looks at me, reading my mind, and opens his left arm for me to lean into. I walk over and lean into his side and press my face to his.
Zoe 'awhs' us which makes me blush and she goes to grab a blood bag for herself. She then stops suddenly and turns to us with an unreadable expression and we both frown. "Ew, you both smell like sex!" She yells suddenly and I gasp and cover my hands over my face in embarrassment.
Jasper laughs, "payback from when I caught you and Lucas then." And this time she laughs nervously and nods.
"True, now shut up!"
