Ruby's P.O.V
Home sweet home.

I flopped onto the couch and wrapped myself in the blanket.
It only took Liam a few seconds to climb on top of me and wrap me in his strong arms.
I could feel his warm breath in my ear as he whispered;
"I'm never letting you leave my sight, ever again."

I smiled, "I don't mind that."

I heard the door open people gasped. Me and Liam looked back to see Clair, Mary, Harry and Cole. I smiled at them as Liam moved off of me.

"Oh, my dear," Mary said and rushed over to me, giving me a while hug. "We were so worried that we'd never find you, "

I was only allowed to hit her for a few seconds before Liam pulled me back down next to him and growled at his family.

"Hey," I warned him, "don't growl at your family."

"Okay, mum." He retorted.

I frowned, huffing and stood to give Clair and Harry a hug, then was yanked down again as I neared Cole. He smirked at his little brother then rolled his eyes.

"You're way too overprotective Lil bro," Cole said and slumped onto the armchair.

"No, I'm not." Liam argued, "I just got her back and I refuse to lose her again, so you're not ever leaving my sight again." He said, aiming his last comment at me.

I signed and laid on his chest. "I'm fine with that."

I could feel his smug smile as he wrapped his arms around my waist and sniffed me. He growled.

"What?" I asked, peering up at him.

"I can smell them on you." He grumbled, "mainly that Andre guy, I don't like any of them but I hate him the most."

"Why? He was the only one who was nice to me." I said, confused.

"Exactly, he was way too fond of you and spent too much time around you." He said, tucking me in closer.

"Cole was right," I muttered under my breath.

"What was that?" Liam asked.

"I said Cole was right," I said louder.

"About what?"

"You're too overprotective," I said, frowning at him.

He gave me a displeased look, then glared daggers at his older brother, who was paying more attention to his phone.

"As I said before, I just got you back, and I've lost you too many times in the past month." He explained, "I'm not taking any chances."

"Okay, if it helps you sleep at night," I said, patting his chest and closing my eyes.

We stayed like that until the door opened again and my mother came in with Ian close behind. They both stopped short when the saw me and I forced myself to not cringe away when the woman hugged me and kissed my cheek.

"Ruby." She sighed, "I was worried sick, where were you? Did you get hurt? Were you kidnapped or did you just run away?" Questions flowed from her mouth.

"She'll answer your questions later." Liam interrupted, "we're going upstairs to bed."

He tugged me up to my bedroom and I quickly changed, brushed my teeth and slipped under the covers. It felt so good to be back in my own bed for the first time in days. I had missed its warmth.
As I snuggled into the sheets, I noticed that Liam's scent had been warn into the fabric, he must have slept here for a few nights.
