Ayanda woke up to an empty bed and the smell of food. After taking care of her personal hygiene she put on one of her silk robes and headed downstairs into the kitchen. Axel smiled as soon as he saw her then gave her a kiss on the lips.

' I don't know how you cook without your shirt on especially fry bacon, doesn't the oil pop on you?'

' Nah real men don't get burned baby especially from a little oil.'

Axel smiled and gave her a kiss on the lips which turned into a makeout moment.

' How are you feeling today? Have you spoken to your girls yet?'

' I am okay. They haven't contacted me so no.'

' You know you guys have to talk at some point.'

' Talking is what got us where we are today. They're wrong and they should come apologise to me. As long as they don't do that I've got no friends.'

Axel knew how angry his wife could be and how long she could hold a grudge but at the same time a sincere sorry is all that it takes.

' Can you believe they went out without me yesterday?'

' How do you know that?'

' Another acquaintance of ours told me. Anyway I don't need those witches my cousin is coming into town-'

' Wait what cousin?'

' Summer.'

' She's coming into town, you mean here? To stay with us?'

' Yes babe.'

' For how long?'

' I'm not sure. She's coming today for somebody's wedding this weekend.'

Ayanda had her attention on her phone she did not see the anger in her husband's eyes. She was just excited to be having family over.

' What the fuck!-'

' Babe no cuss-'

' Nah fuck that! You invited your cousin into our home without my knowledge or even discussing it with me. Then you tell me she's coming TODAY!! What the hell?'

' Babe she's my cousin and she's coming for a wedding. I am sure she won't stay that long.'

' Oh now you're sure, you weren't sure a minute ago. Even if she stayed overnight!, as a married couple you're supposed to talk to me about it and tell me in advance when your family is coming to over especially to stay here. Not the day their coming.'

' It's not like telling you sooner would have changed anything though.'

' Wether it changes anything or not, it's nice to know when you're inviting people in our house and it's nice to be part of that decision making. I even come to you first when my parents want to visit.'

' That's because me and your mom don't get along very well under one roof.'

' Summer and I don't get along too.'

' That's not true baby. Maybe at first but she's cool now and you're right. I am sorry can we eat now.'

' Nah you make your own damn food since you're doing stuff on your own now.'

Axel dished all that he had made and went into his office. He could be petty when mad.
