Chapter 3: A Goddess?

Chaeyoung POV

"Why don't you leave my girlfriend alone?" A voice said.

I looked up and I saw the girl from earlier who had been staring at me outside the classrooms.

Chase screamed in pain and tried to stab her but she caught his wrist and twisted it causing him to drop the knife.

Then, she looked at me and said, "Hey babe, you alright?"

I nodded still a little tramautized.

"Don't worry. I'll be with you shortly after I deal with this scum." She said smiling at me before throwing Chase against the bathroom wall so hard it cracked.

He groaned in pain and tried to get up but just collapsed onto the ground.

The girl kicked him in the stomach and kneeled down.

"Don't do anything like this again to any girl. If you see something like this happening. Stop it. Don't be the perpetrator of the crime." She said before the bathroom wall miraculously repaired itself and all his injuries seemed to heal.

"Go. Now." She said and Chase sprinted out.

She turned towards me and walked over to me.

"Hey. Are you alright?" She asked.

I was just mesmerized by her beauty as she looked even more like a goddess up close.

"Hey." She said frowning and snapped her fingers in front of my face.

I shook myself out of my thoughts and said, "I-I'm fine. Th-thanks to y-you." 

She smiled softly while caressing my cheek causing me to lean into her touch.

"I'm Y/n. Sorry I couldn't protect you earlier. Can you forgive me?" Y/n asked.

"Y-yes. I forgive y-you." I stammered as my breathing intensified and my heart started beating faster.

Y/n chuckled and said, "You need to move schools again. Don't worry. I'll make sure your friends come with you. And this time, I'll be there to protect you."

I nodded before I froze.

"Wait...what?" I asked confused.

Y/n laughed before saying, "I'm a goddess. Goddess of art and beauty. So yes, I can do these things. I've already contacted your parents and they have agreed. Your friends should be heading over any minute now. I'll meet you at your new school."

Then, I blinked and she was gone.

I looked around when suddenly, the door burst open and Dahyun and Tzuyu rushed over to me.

I hugged them fiercely as they cried and they apologized for not being with me and suddenly tears ran down my face as I finally processed what just almost happened to me.

Y/n POV

I teleported to the realm of the gods and I saw Chaeyoung crying and hugging her friends.

I smiled before turning around and seeing Momo right behind me.

"Hey Momo. What are you doing here?"  I said.

"I was wondering what you were looking at?" She said looking at the pool of water which showed Chaeyoung. "Isn't that?"

"Yes." I said. 

"So she is the one you love!" Momo exclaimed.

I frowned and said, "No. What made you think that?"
