we have around 5 minutes left of the drive and i start freaking out. silently tho but mariah could definitely tell

daniel's pov

i've been looking outside the window for the past 10 minutes to see if she came yet. i'm getting really nervous and i don't know why. when i bumped into her, it felt like the world went silent but it was literally just a 2 second interaction

jonah: dude calm down a bit huh. you're gonna be fine. again don't freeze and act weird. just be yourself. she'll love you. don't worry.
daniel: okay thanks

i see a car pull up. the windows are down and i see alex in the drivers seat of a camaro.

i park on the street and turn off my car. mariah is already trying to get out when she notices that i'm not moving

alex: mariah i'm so scared
mariah: don't be. they're just regular people. think that way because they really are just regular people.
alex: okay. thanks
mariah: mhm now let's get out and go meet them.
alex: yeah let's go

we get out of my car n head to the gate. i make sure i have his wallet. i press the button and then a voice comes on. and i know for sure that the voice is jack

jack: hey are you the girl who has daniel's wallet?
alex: yep that's me
jack: well come in. welcome to our house.

he opens the gate and you follow inside. you mouth 'wow'. mariah looks at you with the same thoughts. y'all just both laugh. you always it to the door. you take a deep breath i'm and exhale it out. then you knock on the door. not even a second later the door swings open and you see the zach herron

zach: hey come in.
mariah: thank you

zach moves to the side so y'all can walk inside. the house is huge. but i only saw the kitchen n the living room. you see the rest of the guys standing around zach. you go up to each one of them and hug them. you feel like you're in a meet n greet. mariah comes in and everyone hugs her too. zach closes the door and i get to hug him now. we all get settled down on the couches. mariah n i next t each other like always. daniel to my right a bit and jonah to mariah's left. i take the wallet out of my pocket and give it to daniel

alex: i believe this is yours
daniel: ahah i believe so. thank you again for getting it. and thanks for keeping it
alex: no problem and i hope you don't mind i just looked at your license to see who you are.
daniel: were you surprised to see who i am?
alex: i thought i was going crazy to actually see that it was you
jack: so you're a limelight?
alex: well yeah. ever since the beginning really
zach; that's cool

alex: haha no problem
jonah: so tell me about yourself mariah
mariah: well i'm 22. and i'm a senior in college. i sadly still live with my mom but i love her so it's fine. my major is psychology. and that's pretty much it.
daniel: that's cool. well how about you alex?
alex: well i'm 21. i'm also a senior in college. my. major is photography. and i also still do love with my parents but actually mariah and i are finding a place of our own so we can live together
corbyn: that's cute. when did you guys meet?
mariah: we met in second grade and ever since we stay friends and got closer over the years.
zach: that's so cute
alex: yeah well enough about us. i wanna know y'all instead of knowing stuff online. you know?
