Part 3: Motel

(Time~ 10:24)
"Okay class, please research about an artist from 200-300 years ago. And write a summary about that artist. If you have questions, feel free to ask during my office hours. Okay, that's it for today, see you next time." Professor Smule says.
"Woah, there are so many artists, I don't know who to pick... Candy who are you gonna pick?" Precious asks.
"I don't know yet, maybe Monet," I say as I put my notebook in my backpack. "How about you, who are you gonna do?" I then ask.
"I'm going to think about it." She says.
She then gets a text from someone. She looks at it and smiles. Then looks up at me.
"Got to go, Candy, I have a date with the Mac. tell me about your secret guy." She gets up and walks out of the classroom. She turns around to wave at me. I wave back.

Donut shop:
(On the phone)
"Ella where are you?" I ask.
"I'm 10 minutes away, do you want to put an order for some donuts, so we can take them to the beach." She says.
She sounds busy so I said okay. And quickly hang up.

(Later)
"I'm here Candy, come out." She says through my cell.
"Okay," I say.
I walk to where she is parked and open the door.
(beep-beep) "help me, Ella, don't just sit there," I say.
My hands are full of things.
"calm down. Okay done, make sure they don't fly." She says.
I finally then sit down.
"What other foods did you bring?" I ask curiously.
"fried chicken, potato wedges, and fruits. And other stuff." She says smiling. "How was class?" She then asks.
"Good, the professor asked us to research an artist and write a summary about them," I say.
"Oh that seems fun." (says sarcastically)
"Your right...Okay, let's go! Onwards to the beach," I say at last.

(2 ½ hours later)
"We're here!" I say happily.
"The sea always gives us serenity, am I right?" Ella states.
"Yeah, it's so beautiful and peaceful here," I say in return.
"Should we stay and watch the sunset?" Ella asks.
"Sure, tomorrow is Saturday. We have plenty of time." I say.
I looked at the water and it looks fun. "Sis let's play in the water..." I suggested
"We are already old." Ella then says.
"Come on, we are already here, why not have fun!" I say loudly.
"Alright...let's go!" She then says.

(Later about 3 pm)
"We are soaked Candy, let's go to a motel nearby and shower, then we can come back later, to watch the sunset."
"Okay," I say

(At the motel)
"Candy can you go get the food from the car, and bring it here?" she says shouted from the shower.
"Alright," I say.
I walk down to the car and grab the bags and the donuts. I close the back hood and attempt to carry all the food. Then an apple rolled out on the ground.
"Ugh," I say.
I walk to the apple and bend down to pick it up. Someone had also bent down to help me with the apple.
"Thanks," I say. I finally look up at this person.
"Yeah!" He then says.

It's him, the guy from the store. I start smiling and blushing. He looks and smiles and then gets up and walks away. At this moment I just stay bent and think about what just happened. Then I hear Ella calling me.
"Candy! what you're doing down there, do you need help?" She says from above.
"Yeah," I say. She comes down and helps me with the bags and we go up to eat.

(While eating)
"It seems like the sun is gonna set in 2 hours, let's go back to the beach in an hour," Ella suggested. I just nodded not knowing what she just said.
"Candy... Candy... Candy!" Ella says.
"Yeah, what's wrong?" I say.
"Let's go to the beach in an hour, alright?" she asks.
"Yeah. Okay," I say.
Ella goes to the bed a lays down.
"I'm gonna rest for a while. Do what you want."
"Okay," I say.
I go outside the room and shut the door behind me. I stand on the balcony and wonder where that guy went. He has helped me two times already. From the motel balcony, I can see across at the beach, it is beautiful.
I wonder if he's thinking of me like I am thinking of him.
"Omg, what's my problem, snap out of it," I say. I head back inside to the room.
