I remember back to the car ride.
"Omg, I cried like a baby, I probably looked like a potato," I say loudly.
Questions flow in and out of my mind. "Are we dating? Wait really? damn. I should have said no, but I can't change my feelings for him. If I like him, and he likes me, shouldn't we date?" I process this information in my head for a while. (Info Still Loading)
"I can't break up with him when we just started dating. Let's give this relationship a try." I say. I walk to the bathroom and shower. I come out and my phone is ringing.

(Call from Leo)

"Hello," I say
"Candy, I miss you." He says.
"Umm, are you already too attached?" I say jokingly.
"No, it's a perfect time." He then says.
"Well— (ding dong) hey call you back later, someone is at my door," I say. I hang up.
(Ding dong)
I walk out of my room and look out at the hallway. It is pitch black. I finally walk downstairs and open the living room lights. I open the front door and I see this person sitting on the steps.

"Hi, can I help you?" I ask.
This person gets up and turns around.
"Why do you walk so slow, do you want me to freeze to death out here." Says this person
"Mark, what are you doing here?" I ask.
"Well mom told me to come because she's scared you won't make it by yourself... well can I come in, I'm cold."
Mark comes in and sits on the couch. I lock the door and head over to the couch.

"Mark, did you walk here," I ask.
"Yes, I did." He says.
"Well, are you going to spend the night?"
"Umm duh, why do you think I came this late." He then says.
"Okay," I say.
Mark turns on the tv and I walk to the guest bedroom. I get clean sheets and sweep the floor a little. I finish cleaning and head back out to the living room.

"Mark, you're so big now," I say hugging him.
"Sis, calm down, you're so clinging. I am 15 already." He says trying to push me away.
"You'll forever be ten in my eyes," I say hugging him tightly.
"Okay, thanks. You can let go of me now." He says waiting to be released.

"So, you have a girlfriend? Someone, you like?" I ask, letting him go.
"Sis, how about you?" He then asks me.
"Well, I have someone now," I say shyly
"Since when?"
"Today," I say.

"How's he like, who is he?" He asks.
"Well, he's...hey! Why are you asking so many questions? Are you avoiding my questions?"
"No!" He says looking away.
"Hmmm, who's the girl?"
"It's no one," he says shyly.
"Woah... why are you blushing? Oooo."
"It's no one, she likes someone else." He says looking down.
"It's okay bro, she is not the one if she is not," I say reassuring him. "I'm going to go upstairs, close all the lights, when you're done watching. Goodnight."
"Night," he replies.
I walk upstairs and call Leo. He doesn't pick up. "He's probably sleeping by now."

(Next morning)
I open my eyes because the sunlight lits up my whole room. I walk downstairs and I see that it's already noon. I then walk to the guest room.
"Mark. Let's go to mom's house, I'm hungry." I say. He doesn't move an inch and doesn't respond.
"MARKKKKKK!!!" I yell.
He gets up in an instant. And looks at me confused.
"What do you want?" He says.
Let's go to mom's house, hurry up." I say pulling him.
"Ok." He says as he puts his head back down on the pillow.
I walk out of the room and check if everything is locked. I notice that Mark is not up.
"MARK, let's go!!!" I yell.
"Ahhh, let me sleep!" Mark says half asleep.
I walk to the room and pull his blanket off.
"Let's go!" I say trying to pull his legs off the bed. I can't because he's tall and he's heavy, also the fact that I'm weak and small... he finally gives in after all the pulling and grabbing.
"Let's go, miss!" He says sarcastically.
We head out and walk up the street. My mom's house is literally a few miles away. We get there.

"Mom I'm home!" Mark says loudly.
My mom walks out of the kitchen.
"Are you? Woah my baby is back," she says hugging him.
"Mom, I'm here too," I say.
"Ohh oh oh, how are you? You finally visit me?" My mom says sarcastically.
"At least I'm her mom, plus I'm busy, you know?!" I say pulling on her like a kid.
"Are you hungry? You look thin. Ella doesn't feed you?" She says looking at me.
"Well, that's what I'm here for, Okay let's go eat!" I say in excitement.

We go to the table and I can't help but drool. The food looks so good.
"Candy, go get rice pot." My mom says
I walk to the rice pot and bring it to the table. We sit down and I grab rice and I'm about to dig in. My mom then slaps my hand.
"You wash your hands?" She asks.
"No," I say.
"Go wash your hands." She yells.
I get up and head into the kitchen to wash my hands. I come back and sit down.
"Mark, you washed your hands already?" I ask,
"Yeah I did, you didn't notice," Mark says.
"Okay good, not like your sister. Your sister is a bad role model." My mom then says.

"Wait where's dad?" I say picking up my spoon.
"He went to the store, he said he had to go get some wood or something." My mom then says.
"Oh," I say gobbling up my food.
"Candy if you eat like that, how are you going to find someone?"
"Mom she has someone," Mark says.
"Really, what does he find in her?" My mom then says.
"Momm!!! He thinks I'm cute." I say shyly.
"Is he blind?" My mom then says.

"Just kidding, you're the most beautiful but not when you eat, you're like a pig, but a cute pig." My mom then says.
I felt roasted, but I know my mom doesn't mean it. This is what our relationship is like.

"What family is he from? How many siblings he has? What does his family do?" My mom then asks.
"I don't know, but his family seems... friendly," I say
"What type of relationship you have if you don't know him." My mom asks...
"Well we only started dating, I will get to know him," I say.
