Part 32: beach 2

(On the Road)

"Let's go to the hospital," Leo says.
"For what?" I say
"Your hurt, we should at least go check." Leo then says.
"Leo, it's bruised, it's fine, I'm not going. It's fine."
"You're not scared of the doctors are you?" He says smirking.
"No!" I say.
"Okay," Leo says, not believing my words.
Leo looks at the roses and at me.
"You like red roses or other flowers?"
"I like any flowers actually. But roses, in particular, are the best." I say.
"Well I think you're the best," Leo then says.
I look at him dumbfounded.
"Really?" I say laughing.
"Yes," Leo says, coming closer to me. He grabs my hand and holds them tightly.

We are at a resort, near the beach. Ella wanted to do her wedding here. So we are here. It's still early in the morning. We all arrived last night.
(Knock knock)
I open the door, it's Samuel.
"I'm here to check on Ella and the baby," he says.
"It's 6:30," I say confused. "Come in," I say
He walks to Ella's bed. She's still sleeping. He goes and kisses her on the forehead. She wakes up.
"Hey," she says.
They smile and look at each other.
"I'll give you guys space, I'm heading out," I say, walking out.
I walk to the beach and look at the water. It's calm.
"Hey!" I hear behind me.
I look behind me and can't believe who I'm seeing. It's Felix. I freeze for a second.
"What are you doing here?" I ask.
"You already know," he says.
"But Felix, you're not welcomed, you're not invited," I say.

 
I look around at the beach, no one is here. It's still early in the morning.
"Felix, I told you to stop bothering her. It's over! It's been over for a long time," I say finally.
"It's not too late," he says.
"It's too late, it was too late when you cheated on her," I say
He grabs my wrist. My bruises are not completely healed yet.
"Ouch, let go!" I say
"Ella, why don't you see my love for you," he says.
"I'm not Ella!" I say in pain.
"I'll show my love for you," he says.
"What the hell are you talking about, are you blind," I say shouting.
He pulls me but I resist, he then punches my stomach. It hurts like hell, he drags me. I'm barely walking.
We get to a big pile of rocks. He throws me to the ground. I fall on my tummy, I scrap my palms. Blood is rushing out through the small cuts. I'm in pain and my stomach hurts. But I try to get up and run.
He pulls me back to the ground.
He flips me onto my back and gets on top of me. He holds my arms down. I try to move my legs, but they are no help.
"Let go, you lunatic!" I say
"Ella, scream as loud as you want. No one can hear you!" He says.
"Let me go! Stupid jerk!" I say shouting.
"I love you, Ella, why don't you love me?"
"I'm not Ella, she doesn't love you!" I say angrily.
"I'll make you love me," Felix says. He attempts to kiss me, but I'm struggling, turning left and right. He's holding my arms down. I'm screaming at the top of my lungs. I start to cry.
"Felix, stop! Let me go!" I pleaded.
"Ella, don't you love me? Why?" He comes back in to attempt to kiss me.
"Someone help me!" I scream as my tears are falling. "Someone, help me!" I scream again.
"No one is going to com-"
He gets hit on the head by someone. It's a boy around Mark's age. He loses consciousness and falls down on me. I try to push him off me, but my arm hurts, plus I'm out of energy. The boy pulls him off of me.
He helps me get up.
"Thank you," I say crying.
"What a jerk!" This boy says looking at Felix. He's still holding his stick tightly.

"Will!" I hear in the distance.
"My brother is a cop, he's coming!" He says.
"Wait here, I'll be right back." He says.
I squat down and put my head down. I'm crying, bawling my eyes out. I then look up, Felix starts moving, he groans. I get scared and step back. He then spots me.
"Ella, I'm not done!" He says.
He gets up and starts walking to me. I scream.
The boy comes back with his brother running. I see that it's Leo. Leo sees that it's me.
Felix gets closer to me. I try to back up, but I'm already leaning against a big rock. Before Felix could touch me, Leo runs and pulls Felix. Felix is thrown to the ground.

"WHO ARE YOU TO MESS WITH MY GIRL!" Leo says angrily.
Leo keeps beating him.
"Bro that's enough," the boy says, pulling Leo. He gets shoved and falls to the ground.
I look at what's happening and I run over to Leo.
"Leo! Stop! You're going to kill him" I say, pulling him.
Leo doesn't stop. The boy and I both try to pull him off. But Leo is strong. We use all our strength and we finally pull him off. Leo falls on the floor. I look at Felix and blood is everywhere. I look back at Leo and cry.
Leo gets up and hugs me.
"I'm sorry," he says.
I'm crying heavily and I can't function. I look up at Leo and everything went dark. I don't see anything.
"Candy! Candy!" That's all I hear.
Then I don't hear anything else.
