We stood on the Bridge waiting to arrive at the Blade of Marmora base. The only organization we knew of where we could hopefully get help.

I looked around at our group of tensed paladins and saw Keith sitting in his chair with his hands folded in front of his mouth with a serious concentrated expression on his face. I tried asking him about what was wrong, but he wouldn't tell me.

"Coran..." Shiro said jolting me out of my thoughts, "How soon will we get to the Blade of Marion's base?"

"Based on the coordinates Ulaz gave us, we should be there in a few doboshes." Coran answered.

"I can't wait to see it." Pidge said excited to see the base, "I mean, they were able to fold space-tine, and that was just at an outpost!"

Hunk smiled rubbed his stomach as it growled loudly, "Mm, the space taco. It left us too soon."

"Well, sure, but my point is, imagine how amazing their home base will be!"

"Exactly. It could take on any shape. Like a space jelly donut. Or long, like a space éclair. Or a space cheese blintz with cherry sauce on top. Maybe a little dusting of powdered sugar. That's the stars."

I could feel my stomach grumble as I swallow from the sweet suggestions of desserts.

'What would I give for a chocolate brownie cookie right now.' I thought to myself.

"Aw! Now, I'm hungry for breakfast." Lance groaned.

"Guys, this is a serious mission. We need to focus." Keith said annoyed by their conversation.

"We need to focus." Lance repeated in a mocking tone.

"The base is in range." Coran announced, bringing out attention back to the front.

"Take us in slowly." Shiro ordered.

"That might prove the tiniest bit of a challenge."

Curious by Coran's words, we all took a closer look at the location of the base. What we all saw was shocking.

I front of us was a large blue star, blue light wrapping around it as it was being held in between the force of two black holes on either side of it.

"Is that a black hole?" Hunk asked gasping.

"No, no, no, no, no." Coran answered, "It's two black hole and a giant blue star."

"That's not better."

"No kidding." Pidge said amazed by the cosmic phenomenon, "Just inside a black hole, the temperature is one millionth of a degree above absolute zero."

"But just outside of that, it's hundreds of millions of degrees Celsius." I finished, just as amazed as Pidge.

Hunk smiled, a light bulb lighting up in his mind.

"Okay, it's like when you try to nuke a frozen burrito in the microwave, and it comes out all scorching hot on the outside, but it's still frozen in the middle, right?" He compared.

"Now, I'm hungry for lunch." Lance shouted.

"Guys, quiet!" Keith shouted abruptly standing up from his seat as he glared at growled at us, "Coran, where's the base located?"

Coran pressed a few holo-keys and pulled up the precise location of the base, enhancing and enlarging the picture on screen.

"In between those three deadly celestial objects." Coran answered.

"The perfect defensive position." Pidge said.

"Or the perfect trap." Allura added, her frown never leaving her face.
