~~~~Saoirse~~~~
The sounds of Hunk's loud snoring echoed through the room after we just finished going over the final small details of the plan to end Zarkon's reign once and for all.
I kept glancing over at Allura, frustrated about how she was treating Keith. Ever since he revealed to the group that he had Galra blood, Allura has been shutting him out, giving him the cold shoulder and a cold glare whenever she looked at him.
I understood why she looked at him that way. She was confused and I often saw a sense of betrayal in her eyes when she saw him. But no matter what blood Keith has, the rest of us accepted him. So why couldn't she?
It hurt me to see Allura glare at Keith and ignore him. If she acted this way when Keith revealed he had different blood and didn't know it, how would she react to me being half Altean and half Teshirian and I knew about it?
"Ah! What's going on? What'd I miss?" Hunk asked in a panic after his snores woke up him.
"Oh, nothing important. We've just figured out a way to defeat Zarkon." Lance said.
"Really?" Hunk asked in disbelief, "I dozed for ten minutes, and you guys figured out how to defeat the forces of evil?"
"You've been asleep for three hours." Pidge said.
I pulled my attention away from the three in the back and focused it back on the hologram of Zarkon's main commander center.
"I think we've got something here." Shiro said, "It's dangerous and there are a lot of moving parts, but if we can coordinate everything just right, then--"
"Zarkon's reign will be at an end, and the savagery that's poisoned our universe can finally be cleansed." Kolivan finished, "You've done it, Shiro."
"We did it together." Shiro said smiling, offering his hand to Kolivan, to which he gratefully took as a sign of comradery.
Kolivan nodded and then looked towards me, "Thank you for your strategic advice, young Angel."
I smiled and nodded back, not minding the fact that I was labeled Angel.
Allura however, did not like the sense of trust between us Paladins and the Blades.
"As long as we all stick to the plan, it should work." She said, her eyes narrowed sharply.
"It will work." Kolivan assured, "Perhaps, then, you'll learn that all Galra are as bad as Zarkon."
Allura turned towards Keith and I, mostly staring at Keith.
"I hope not." She muttered.
I saw the look in her eyes, and decided to ignore it, but I wasn't sure how long I could do that before I explode.
"Ulaz was right to trust all of you." Antok said.
"He sacrificed everything to bring us together." Shiro said, "Let's honor him by taking down Zarkon.
Hunk, Pidge and Lance walked up to the hologram.
"So, what's the plan?" Hunk asked.
Lance ran up in front of the hologram and spread his arms out excitedly.
"The plan is amazing!" He exclaimed, "First, we infect Zarkon's ship with a virus. Then, we make an extra large wormhole and lure Zarkon inside of it, zapping him a bajillion light-years away. Then, when he pops oit on the other side, all like, "Oh, why doesn't my ship work?" Voltron kicks his butt!"
Lance smiled victoriously as he explained the plan, but everyone was calm and silent.
"Wow. So, this is it." Hunk said.
