Chapter 3

Camping trip is tomorrow and this will be the best opportunity for me. It will be the best opportunity so I can tell or at least give hints to Alfie to tell him how I feel. I have to pack all of my belongings today, or in my case, like before i sleep. Who's good at advice giving...hmm...MEGAN! I'm going to call her right now. She will help me with my clothes and helping me with Alfie! I picked up my phone and called Megan.

"Megan! Come round I need your help!" I shouted down the phone.
"Oh my god! Is is bad? is anyone hurt?" She shouted panicked.
"No no one word..." I said.
"Which is?" She asked.
"Boys..." I sighed.
"Oh... I see. By the way I'm winking at the phone!" She chuckled.
"Ah Megan you crack me up!" I laughed so hard.
"I can't crack you, you know that right?" It was almost as if she was being serious.
"When can you come round anyways?" I asked.
"Ermm 10 minutes?" She responded.
"Yeah that's perfect! Il see you in a bit. Bye loser!" I laughed.
"Bye Mrs no one likes you!" We both teased as we hung up the phone.

I needed to get out of my uniform because I don't want it to get creased. As Megan was my bestest friend, I didn't care what i looked like infront of her. So, I just threw on grey baggy joggers and a red long sleeved body hugging top. She rung my door bell and I let her in. We both ran up into my room and got loads of pairs of clothes out of my wardrobe and into my bed.

"Remember don't bring your best stuff there is mud just bring cute stuff too, okay we will have this, this and this first of all!" She said as she chucked black leggings, a purple blouse, grey jogging bottoms, a long sleeved light blue top, and a jumpsuit which was black and had all flower patters on it.
"Okay that's your 3 days worth of outfits okay so we need one pair of jammies, hmm, these two pairs are cute, which one do you think looks cute?" She said holding up an all in one baby pink onsie, and a two piece set which was a loose white short sleeved top and long pink and white checkered trousers.
"I like the two piece set!" I said, pointing.
"Yeah me too!" She squealed as she chucked to pjs into my case.
"I will look super cute, I love you thank you!" I screamed, jumping up and down like a little girl.
"You said that you wanted help with boys as well?" She asked.
"Yeah, you know that I like Alfie right? I just can't tell him how I feel, I don't know why though, I've been best friends with him all my life and I can tell him anything...just not this. How can I like tell him or like give hints at least?" I asked.
"You sure do say like a lot. Anyway, I think you should always look cute for tip one, you already have that in the bag gurl! When we get to the camp we shall speak more about giving him hints!" She flashed a smile, she looked just as excited as I did.
"Shall I ask my mum if you can sleep at my house?" I asked.
"Okayayayayayay" she screamed as if she was a crazy ape.

I ran downstairs as fast as I could and asked my mum. She said she didn't mind because we didn't technically have school tomorrow and we can travel to school together, along with Alfie of course. Everyday, I walk to Alfie's house or he walks to mine and we walk or get a ride together. We've done that for life. Megan was the only person who knew that I liked Alfie. Not even Ellie,Freddie,Mason, or even Alfie. The all ship us though.. Whenever we hug or anything they shout out Nalfie. Nalfie seriously guys, but to be honest i didn't mind, I didn't mind at all.

My mum went out and returned home with Kfc, our faces lit up. We could smell the lovely smell of chicken from my room. We gobbled down our chicken and ran off to bed.

I pulled out my bed (it pulls out to a double bed) and put all of Megan's things on it. The clock ticked to 11:00 and we both decided to get some sleep because of our big trip tomorrow. I love to fall asleep to movies so i put my favourite movie the sequel to it of course. The Hunger Games Catching Fire.
