Everything we did after was just a swift actions kasi may pupuntahan daw kami. It's already 7pm.

Nag park na kami sa hospital. Now I get it.

Pagka bukas ng pinto nakita ko na may malay na si dad. Kaya nag amadali akong pumunta sa kanya at niyakap siya.

"Dad, I've missed you."

"Oh sweet Sam."

"Ano po ba nangyari sa inyo? And where's Tito Jeff?" and I sat beside him on the bed.

"Mr. Ching." at nag shake hands sila ni Brian.

"Your Tito went home para maligo and nag asikaso sa hinhingi ko. And Brian, just call me dad."

Huh? Like wuuut?! Natulala kaming dalawa nag tinginan.

"But sir..." Brian insisted

"No buts Brian. Magiging tatay mo rin naman ako after this." may nilabas na envelope si dad.

--- Brian's POV ---

"What's that dad?" tanong ni Samantha.

Alam ko na kung saan to papunta "Sir, please..."

"No Brian."

"Ano ba nangyayari?" sabat naman ni Samantha kaya napaupo ako at yumuko.

He faced Samantha "This is an agreement that you will marry Brian..."

"WHAT!?" napasigaw si carrots and faced me like I am disgusting.

"Samantha" saway ni Mr. Ching. "Let us make this legal so we can save the company Sam. And also someone will take care of you when I'm gone."

"Dad! I can handle myself. Ano pinagsasabi mo na pag wala ka na? You are not going anywhere! Dad!" Naiiyak na si Samantha.

I gestured to hug her but "No! Don't touch me! This is all your fault!" Dinuro niya ako habang umiiyak. Ang sakit! Sh**!

I tried to held her arm "Sam, let me explain." pero kumawala siya and stood by the door.

"Dad, I'm sorry. But I will not sign anything that would kill my freedom and happiness." and she walked out.

Lumingon ako kay Mr. Ching at parang nanghihina siya. I was about to follow Samantha pero pinigilan ako ni Mr. Ching.

"Please take care of her" at nauubo na siya and started to lose breath.

I panicked. I pushed the button and called for the doctor. The nurses came rushing and tried to revive him kaya lumabas na ako at hinanap si Samantha.

As I was searching for her napaisip ako kung bakit ginawa ng dad niya yun. It was unexpected, hindi ko alam na gagawin ng dad niya yun for their company. Mahal ko na si Samantha nung una palang. I don't need any contracts or legal papers to fall in love with her.

I know that her mom died due to cancer. Her dad tried many times in bringing the company to work. Wanted to give his daughter everything he can in anyway possible. But little did Samantha know na may mas malalim pa na history ang buhay niya. Then I heard a cry in the hospital's chapel.

It's Samantha and she's crying. That made it 2 times more painful to me, seeing her cry.

I sat with her "Samantha" she faced me with so much tears falling "your dad," I wiped her tears "she needs you now."

Para siyang bata na nangangailangan ng kalinga. But we need to rush back.

"What happened?"
