Marinette's POV:
Marinette follows Adrien upstairs without a second thought. She determines to get the cloth and thimble back from him.
"Adrien, give the things back," Marinette blurts out.
"Awe is the lady furious or what?" Adrien states in a teasing manner.
"I mean it Agreste hand over the thimble right now," Marinette retorts.
She scowls when Adrien holds the things way up high knowing very well she can not reach them. She can not believe the nerve of this guy.
Adrien's POV:
Adrien holds the items above his head so they are out of her reach.
He sees her scowl and thinks she could not look prettier. He blushes despite the tough guy act. It is not like he is that good at hiding his feelings.
"Ha, as if I will make it that easy on you, Dupain-Cheng," Adrien blurts out.
He has no intention to just hand them over.
Adrien sees her roll her eyes in annoyance at once. He smirks as he thinks ha, I win this round.
Marinette's POV:
Marinette thinks that Adrien Agreste gets on my nerves. How dare he just grab up my sewing supplies? He should not just take them.
She rolls her eyes at him to show her annoyance at once. She sees his smirk and wishes she could wipe it right off his face.
"Adrien Agreste, you know I need them to finish the sewing assignments. Otherwise, I could lose my job," She blurts out.
She looks more serious now as she speaks to him.
Adrien's POV:
"You expect me to believe that sob story, well thank again," Adrien scoffs.
Adrien knows she has more material and extra thimbles downstairs. He recalls having seen them in the corner to the sewing table. The only thing he does not get is why she is so adamant about getting these other ones back. It is not like it hurts for him to keep them, is it?
He feels like this is to his advantage and shakes his head at her.
"I am not someone who falls for your games, girlie," Adrien remarks.
"So, you can forget it," He replies.
Marinette's POV:
"Hand it over or I will tell your father," Marinette threatens.
"You would not dare," Adrien says with a scowl.
"Oh, I would Agreste Junior," Marinette responds. She stomps on his foot.
"Ouch, you stepped on my foot," Adrien calls out.
"Oh, you poor little thing," Marinette says with a smirk.
Marinette does not watch where she walks as she takes a step away from Adrien and falls down the stairs. "Ah," Marinette screams out in pain.
Adrien's POV:
Adrien tries to warn Marinette to watch her step. He sees her fall down the stairs and hears her screams. He feels sorry for everything. Somehow he believes it is his fault she was hurt since she was ticked off with him.
