We woke up early that morning sjf got on the train back to London. We went into the cemetery again on the way back. It was heart wrenching to leave but we had to go back sooner ot later and although Mr Callander had given us a week, it was too painful to stay any longer.
We got back and we were welcomed by hugs and questions. Afterwards Jack and I unpacked and got on with our chores.
That night we got into bed. Jack pushed a piece of my hair behind my ears 'I am truly lucky to have met you Hetty' he said causing me to smile. 'I love you so much' He said as he kissed my lips, full of passion and desire.
