I woke up the next morning still cuddling with Payton. I stared at his beautiful baby face. He looks so peaceful. I stared at him for a few more seconds before going on my phone. I scrolled through Instagram for a bit because I couldn't move. After a bit, I felt Payton move. I looked at him to see him slowly opening his eyes.
Em: "morning pay"
Pa: "morning Em"
Em: "I gotta prepare breakfast"
Pa: "5 more minutes"
He said with puppy eyes. I couldn't resist.
Em: "fine"
We lyed down cuddling for 5 more minutes.
Em: "Pay, it's been 5 minutes, I really need to prepare breakfast."
Pa: "no you don't have too"
Em: "but I want to"
Pa: "fine"
He let go. I slowly got up and went to the kitchen. I started slicing fruits and making toast. After about 10 minutes, breakfast was ready.
Em: "BREAKFAST IS READY"
I heard a lot of footsteps running down the stairs. They all came running in the kitchen.
Em: "you guys are crazy"
An: "no, just hungry"
They all sat down and started eating. We then went upstairs and got prepared.
