Action-Packed Drama!

Shay's little match making day has pushed our friends to grow closer as couples. For Valentine's Day, I made everyone chocolates this time, instead of just making them for Theo. But I made more chocolates for Theo. According to Theo, I've gotten better at making chocolates. I'm not sure how, since I only made a few practice batches before I made the final batch. I appreciated it nonetheless. The whole school is getting excited now that the Gryffindor vs Hufflepuff match is coming up. I say the whole school, but there's one person who isn't excited at all. In fact, he's the exact opposite. Theo is normally a pretty quiet person, but here lately, he's been quieter (if that's even possible). He seems to be bothered by something and every time I've asked him about it, he would tell me that he was fine.  "Pyper, what's wrong?" Pansy asked me three days before the match. "You don't seem very excited about the match." We're currently sitting in mine and Daphne's room. We both managed to have a free period at the same time.

"I'm worried about Theo." I said frowning. "I can tell something is bothering him, but he won't tell me what it is."

"Hm..." Pansy said thoughtfully. "I can't think of anything that would be bothering him."

"I hope he'll talk to me." I said sighing. "I don't want him to be bothered by something."

"I'm sure if you give him the time, he'll talk to you." She said smiling.

"I hope so." I said hoping that he'd talk to me soon.

"There isn't anything else that's supposed to happen the rest of this year, right?" Pansy asked curiously.

"Right. Shay and I took care of everything." I said nodding. She smiled.

"Good! I have to go. I promised to meet up with Lee." She said looking at me uncertainly.

"It's okay. Go on." I said smiling at her. She hugged me before taking off. I decide to go look for Theo. I'm not going to let him be by himself anymore. The only problem is, I don't know where to look. I know he's not in the commons because I asked Blaise and Draco both earlier. It looks like I'm going to have to use my nose. It's weird, because I never noticed it before. But my sense of smell and hearing have been enhanced since I became an Animagus. I don't know if it's because my Animagus is a Husky or what. I guess that would make sense. As soon as I got out of the commons, I transformed into my Animagus form and took off across the school. It was much faster to move around as a dog than it was as a human. I don't understand it either. Students who noticed me didn't bother me as I started sniffing around. Ew, I'm near the bathrooms, gross! I moved on and finally caught Theo's scent. I followed it all the way out to the courtyard. I found Theo sitting on one of the benches that was secluded from the rest of the courtyard. He was by himself and he looked really sad. I approached him in my Animagus form, hoping he'd talk to me like this if he couldn't talk to me in my human form. He didn't notice me, so I nudged his hand with my nose.

He looked at me in shock. I guess he was deep in thought. "Where did you come from?" He muttered to himself. I licked his hand and jumped on to the bench next to him. "Did you notice my sadness?" He asked and I laid down next to him. "Or did you just want some company?" He started to scratch the top of my head and it felt amazing! No wonder dogs liked humans so much! They gave the best scratches! "I know I'm worrying Pyper, but I can't tell her about it yet." I looked at him and he smiled. "You remind me of her, you know? She always tells me that I can always talk to her when I need to. And she's a good listener. But I can't tell her about this yet." He sounded scared when he said that. I nudged his hand when he stopped scratching my head and licked his hand. "Thanks, doggy." He was smiling now. "I feel better now. I should go find Pyper." He got up and headed towards the school. Crap. I took off and basically ran all the way back to the commons. By the time I had switched back to my human form and made it back to my room, Daphne walked in and told me that Theo was looking for me. The boy moves fast!
