S2 EPISODE 6: WHITE WEDDING

It's 2 o'clock in the afternoon on a Saturday. Alex is waiting outside of his apartment complex for Rusty to pick him up. He is wearing a black polo with black pants. Rusty comes flying around the corner of the parking lot. Amanda is in the passenger seat, wearing a red dress. DMX is blasting on the radio. Alex opens the back door

Rusty: " I don't fuck with niggas that think they broads. Only know how to be one way. That's the dog."

Amanda lowers the volume. Alex jumps in.

Alex: You said you were gonna be here twenty minutes ago.

Rusty: Amanda couldn't decide if she wanted to come or not.

Alex: Why wouldn't you come?

Amanda: I don't know.

Rusty: She doesn't wanna see my dad.

Alex: Oh you don't wanna see the father of your child? Who is also Rusty's father?

Amanda: Okay, can we just not talk about that? Like at all tonight. Or ever.

Rusty: He's not gonna say anything.

Alex: I might say something.

Amanda: I will literally kill you.

Rusty: And I'll rape you after you're dead. Seriously, don't say anything.

Alex: Where's His Dudeness?

Amanda: My mom's.

Alex: How does that work? Does she breast-feed him?

Amanda sighs.

Amanda: Yep.

Alex: Good for Dude. I'd let your mom breast feed me.

Amanda: Gross!

Alex: What about you Rusty? Would you put your mouth on her mom's boobs?

Rusty glares into the rearview mirror.

Alex: Huh, Russ?

Amanda: Do you guys ever have normal conversations?

They pull up to the Lineage Center and park in the back. Rusty carries his tuxedo case. Amanda and Alex follow behind. When they open the door Rusty's Mom is giving instructions to two of the bridesmaids. Rusty sees his Dad talking to his Grandmother in the far back corner.

Rusty: Momma!

Mom: Hey guys.

She hugs them.

Mom: Hi Alex.

Alex: Hi Barb.

Barb: (To Amanda) Where's my baby?

Rusty: Right here, mommy.

Barb: Not you. You're not my baby anymore.

Amanda: He's with my Mom.

Barb: Aw, I wish he was here. I love him so much. He is the sweetest thing ever.

Alex: I don't know Barb. I think you just haven't seen his dark side yet.

Barb: (Laughs) Stop it.

Alex: Just kidding.

Barb: Okay Alex, over here is where you'll be serving from...
