Adolpha sighed in an audible expulsion of her relief when they finally reached the airfield and the three cars containing Volturi members came to a gentle stop. Caius, as ungentlemanly and pompous as he was- Leapt out easily and rejoined his brothers without a second thought, leaving the werewolf to huff and make her own way over to the vampires, dragging her heavy duffel bag onto her shoulder as she did so.

"Adolpha dear" Aro breathed, extending his arms to her with a grin that invited her to walk closer to the three kings who had congregated at the bottom of the jet stairs. "How are you doing so far?"

"I've been sat beside him for less than an hour and already want to blow my own head off" she deadpanned and Caius just scoffed and rolled her eyes, making her round on his accusingly. "So it's okay for you to roll your eyes at me but not the other way around."

"Listen, Dog. You're not a king, are you? You're in no position to make any sort of demand." Caius returned, crossing his arms effortlessly over his muscular chest and she just huffed in agitation.

"Can we go now, please? Last night was a full moon so I now feel like shit and I haven't slept in forty hours." she reminded with a shrug and they all blinked at her in slow shock.

"Oh yes," Marcus hummed. "You're human" he blinked.

"Mostly" she prompted before turning on her heel and marching up the stairs into the jet where the guards had already vanished off to.

"She's going to be trouble" Caius hissed in annoyance. "Aro, you said that it would be like she wasn't even here."

"It will be... You just have to sit next to her for the next twelve hours first" the mind reader beamed and his blond brother just stared at him for a pregnant pause before sighing and steeling himself as he half- jogged up the stairs and into the jet. Adolpha had already rather happily taken a seat and he resisted a groan as he dropped to sit beside her calmly. Looking around for a long moment, he finally reached over and tightened her seatbelt over her waist- making her glare at him for a moment.

"Are you just going to sit here?"

"God, blimey, No. We are not doing this" he snapped and Adolpha rose an eyebrow at him. "We're not talking, you're tired remember so just... Shut up and go to sleep" it was the first time she saw a crack in his composure and it made her grin- increasing his annoyance.

"I'm not comfy" she decided and Caius looked incredibly unimpressed with how difficult she was being.

"This is a forty million euro jet, Adolpha. If this isn't comfortable enough... Quite frankly, I don't actually care" he decided and waved his hand, promptly ignoring her and the wolf glared at him though her pout was almost childlike as she turned her eyes to the window and watched the world beyond. She was sure it was her tiredness making her grouchy as she shifted and tried to get comfortable. It was half an hour into their flight when she managed to find sleep and the second she did-- they all knew that she would remain that way for the remainder of the flight.

"We must discuss her living arrangements" Aro piped up and Caius rounded on him with an expression of stoney anger, wanting nothing more than to pretend that Adolpha Blackwood didn't exist. It didn't help that they were all adamant on bringing her up.

"What do you want, Aro? Stick her in a tower and leave her there for all I care" Caius waved a hand.

"Of course, she will need to be in a secure location on the full moons" Aro continued to consider, ignoring what Caius said. "The dungeons should certainly suffice; if they can hold a vampire, they can hold a wolf" he nodded, knowing that he was getting to Caius now.

"And I don't see why she can't just stay in your chambers. You have a guest room for this purpose." Aro nodded to himself.

"No," Caius decided firmly, cutting off his brother's incessant chanting. "No. She and I have already decided that she will stay in the furthest possible room away from me."

"It will be a good bonding experience for you, brother, if you live together" Marcus breathed. "You may be her imprint but she is also your soulmate Caius. You know you will not be able to resist her."

"Well, I am certainly going to try" Caius contradicted as he watched Aro easily fill in a crossword puzzle. "Oh no, no" he repeated in a mantra, closing his eyes and breathing carefully to dispel his anger as Aro snickered like a schoolgirl. Adolpha had shifted in her sleep and was now currently leaning on his shoulder as she slept, cuddling into his arm slightly.

"Caius-" Marcus started.

"No. I draw the line. The dog is now currently drooling on a four thousand euro suit!"

"Okay, firstly brother, need I remind you that that 'dog' is your soulmate and secondly. You have twelve suits exactly identical to the one you're currently wearing" Aro reminded, waving his pen around randomly.

"Eleven. And shut up Aro before I throw you from the emergency exit and have you swim home... Crossword included" Caius hissed like a child, though he didn't shift the girl that was currently cuddling into his shoulder softly.
