CHAPTER 12
-AYANDISWA BESS
I’m not one of those that have a whole shelf over at their boyfriend’s place, not that he never offered me space to put my things but I said no, I rejected because I don’t want to get too comfortable in his space. I have a choice to either stay in my clothes or face my parents and honestly the first option is so much better than having to face my parents. I call Miso and he answers after a while
“Hello”
He says
“Hey bhuti. How are you?”
I ask him and he chuckles
“They are home”
He says and I laugh
“you can't avoid them forever Aya”
He says and I sigh
“Can't you send someone to bring me things to change?”
I ask and he laughs, the full blown annoying laughter
“No I’m not doing that. These are your parents Ayandiswa and you have to face them”
He says and I sigh
“Fine. Arent they going somewhere today?”
I ask
“not that I know of, Aya you have to face them sooner or later and I would advise sooner than later”
He says and I roll my eyes, he’s the kid here and he’s sounding older than I am right now
“Fine. See you in a bit”
I say and then end the call. I wear my sweatpants and Ro’s t-shirt
“You look adorable”
He says walking out of the shower and I smile
“I am going back home”
I say turning to pack my things, I feel his hands wrap around me and him kissing my neck
“I’m going to miss you”
He says and I giggle
“I’ll miss you too but there's stuff I need to deal with at home”
I stuff the last folded item
“I hope everything turns out ok”
He says
“things will work out eventually”
I say turning to him wrapping my arms around his neck
“I don’t know what's going on with you and your family but you love your family and I know they love you just as much, things are going to be fine”
