Chapter 18

Callex trudged out the water while May ran away, behind Saphire who was laughing while sitting on the sand. He walked faster towards May while Saphire held down May's wrists, pulling her towards Callex. While he trudged forward with a tiny, little smirk, May began backing up, finally just sitting on the warm sand while he grabbed her wrist, struggling a bit.

After struggling for a bit, Callex placed his hand under her knee and behind her back, lifting her up bridal style before walking to the water. "Saphire!" May called for help, before a loud splash came followed along with laughter. Saphire continued to watch, smiling as May came out the water, swiping her hair back while glaring at Callex teasingly. "How was it?" Saphire teased, May grinning before grabbing her wrist, surprisingly Saphire as she picked her up, and immediately threw her into the ocean also while people marveled at her strength.

"May! My hair!" Saphire laughed as May fell back into the water from laughing so hard, making sure not to drift to the deep side since they both couldn't swim. Although Saphire could, she never had tried to learn since she did not have time. May laughed, grabbing Saphire's arm while giggling and lowering her head, gasping for hair. Callex who was wrestling in the water and trying to get Eric wet, stopped and stared at the two.

Eric has seen Saphire smile brightly at him before, but Callex had never seen May smile so brightly before today. He admired the way her cheeks lifted, her eyes shining as the water reflected and she hid in part shyness. He could have easily threw Eric in since he was stronger, however, he was off-guard so Eric threw him back, tripping him as he fell loudly in the water.

Hysterically laughing, Eric held his stomach from laughter while the two girls who had been distracted before was now paying attention to the brothers. "Did you see that?! Callex fell!" May laughed, pointing at him while Saphire cutely giggled at the side, holding May's shoulder while they were knee deep in the water. "Ahahahaha-! Oof!" Callex immediately trapped his legs and twisted it, making Eric fall on his right shoulder as the two laughed even harder at his dramatic fall.

Smirking in victory, Callex moved out the water, slowly squeezing out the water from his sleeves as Eric followed behind, keeping his head low so that his wet hair was now dripping down as he walked. Callex plopped down at the shade, watching the two females happily wrestle in the water while they giggled happily, arms gripped around each other in trust and slowly moving further and further.

Eric came and also sat down, staring at his older brother's wet hair that was beyond his eyebrows by a centimetre. "Ah, they look so happy," Eric sighed in content as Callex smiled in response, propping himself up on his arms. Their attention was immediately stolen when they saw another two males who was oogling at the females in the water who was pushing each other around in now torso water. They were pointing and laughing, and Callex and Eric both felt their nerves irk.

First it was the three pricks earlier who had tried to take May away and now it was two more scumbags. In synchronization, Callex and Eric slowly pulled out their pistols, pointing it at the two before whistling at them, diverting their attention. May and Saphire thought people were calling their dogs, so they did not pay attention as they did see a couple dogs here and there.

The two guy's eyes widened as they saw two male who were buff sitting in the shade, their pistols pointed at them with a hand on the trigger, watching them as they tried to approach the two. They slowly backed up, hands lifted as if to give up and when they were finally out of sigh and out of mind, they dropped their pistols and leaned back, sighing in content.

After a few more minutes of laughter, May stopped and turned back, seeing Callex who was knocked out after a while. Eric was still awake, watching them play as she turned to Saphire, who was doing the same. May leaned forward, giggling while her wet hand tangled at her hand. "Let's go do..."

Callex woke up feeling so warm. He heard giggling and loud laughter all around him, a pleasing sound as he remembered one of the voices being May. However, it felt wrong and it felt heavy. Something was weighing down on his chest and extremely warm. He slowly blinked open his eyes, seeing Eric, Saphire, and May laughing hysterically, rolling on the sandy ground with their wet hair and bodies, sand sticking to their limbs.

"Take a picture! Take a picture.." May took out her phone and took a dozen photos, and in confusion, Callex looked down.

Callex was buried under layers of warm, wet sand, with a full body of a pair of big boobs, and a mermaid tail along with shells covering his chest. "..." When they saw that he was awake and alive, glaring at them they laughed harder, knowing that it wasn't going to be easy getting all the sand off or get out of his current situation. "Stay still, Callex!" May laughed, pointing her phone while on her knees, giggling so hard she could barely stay stable. Eric was wheezing on the ground, pounding his fists while loud screeches sounding like a car crashing escaped his mouth.

The tail was so long, it reached the tips of May's toes as she laughed, while she moved up slowly and gripped his "boobs".

"Hehehe.." May laughed uncontrollably while he stayed quiet, a bit pissed but watching her laugh so hard was probably worth the hours of showering he would have to do to get all the sand out. He slowly reached his hands out and up, touching May's cheeks while Saphire and Eric slowly sobered up on the side. May stopped laughing a bit, realizing his warm hands were gently stroking her cheek while his eyes were filled with a familiar look.

May cleared her throat as she let out a few more chuckles and then started digging him, avoiding his arm. "Come out, I'll help you," May giggled and the other two came, using their hands to dig away the sand. Callex watched them work, wondering if May found that action a bit too straightforward.

Callex grabbed May's palm as she pulled him up, covering her mouth and letting out a few more giggles, "Wow.. you're so strong," He said with a straight-face as he secretly marveled her strength and she laughed.

"I don't-" Her phone immediately rang and she looked down, seeing the call from Euna. In confusion, she glanced to Saphire, signing her to come over and Saphire immediately rushed over and she answered the phone. "Yes?" She answered and a frantic voice immediately came through. "BOSS! On the news they're saying that Emma has been brutally abused by her boyfriend and has been sent to the hospital!"
