While keeping her gaze lowered, her grip tightened and in an instant, the man leaped towards her with a loud grunt. As he jumped, he took out the knife and lifted it above his head, aiming for Saphire while Saphire grabbed his upper arm and pulled it down, successfully making him crouch on the ground with a groan as she grabbed the back of his head and immediately slammed him against the wall, knocking him out. The people watched fearfully as the woman stepped on the mans back, sighing a bit before taking the knife and glancing up at them. Turning away, the people in masks turned towards the front of the elvator once again as the familiar ding echoed in the cramped room. Saphire lifted the man's mask, seeing a middle aged, Asian man.

Tilting her head, she thought he looked kind of familiar but shrugged it off and took the knife, slicing at the hand a bit before letting the liquid touch the watch on her thin wrist. She walked out the elevator with a sigh as the watch processed the drop of blood before a small number appeared.

               0.2/5.

The woman sighed before glancing towards the left hallway decorated with fancy, automatic guns at the very top. People walked around on the bottom and that was when she made up her mind. "..  Twenty-four more enemies."

May sighed, entering the empty elevator with a loud sigh as she slammed her back against the elevator and slid down, the blood from her cheek and back never stopping. "Fuck.." May sighed, lowering her head as the elevator doors opened and two or three people began to crowd the elevator. Keeping her eyes shut, sweat trickled down her cheek as she thought to her actions earlier. She had been careless, and an enemy had managed to get behind her and slice her back with a sharp knife. Luckily for her though, she always glanced at the ground and kept her eyes downcast so she saw the man's shadow and took a step forward when he slashed at her back. The elevator was silent as she spoke up, "Where's Saphire?"

The people in the elevator kept quiet, glancing her every now and then weirdly, as if wanting to say something but they couldn't. May opened her eyes slowly, gulping as she lifted her head to look at the people who were looking down at her. One person out of three seemed to have been a woman. Her body was more feminine as she continued to glance at May, her eyes seemingly never being able to leave May's figure on the ground. The other male in the back, who was the farthest away from her was also staring at her, his eyes watering but never saying anything. May thought.. they looked a bit familiar. She stood up on her feet, seeing the knife out in the open as she smiled weakly, "Are you here to kill me too?" May asked, steadying herself as the elevator door opened and they casted their gaze downwards, but soon enough made eye contact with her once again.

The man in between them however, had cold eyes and was glaring straight at May as she took a step forward towards them. From this action, they seemed to have been prisoners instead of someone who came to kill her. May lifted her hands, holding her breathe as she gulped while maintaining eye contact. "You two look familiar. Do I know you?" She asked. She could only see their eyes, but she swore she had seen the familiar caramel colored eyes and piercing blue eyes before. The woman shifted her gaze to the taller man in the middle, but he backed them up. He pulled out a knife towards May immediately while the other two shifted in the back nervously, glancing at each other while slightly moving their head nervously and blinking.

May glared at the man, one more person entering the elevator, before the door closed and then headed down once again. The other man faced the front, never turning back as he listened to the conversation. May dropped her hands as she looked at the man. In an instant, she grabbed his wrist and snapped it back, hearing a satisfying crack while he immediately started shouting in pain. The person who entered turned around in a flash, taking out a knife and aiming for her neck as he spun and use all of his force to swing the knife. She grabbed his lower arm, turning herself to be near his chest before using her elbow to harshly aim up at his throat. When he crouched down in pain, May grabbed his arm, twisting it back before using her knees and forcing him to kneel down on the ground while crying bloody murder.

"Is Lucas behind all of this?" May asked the man as he began muttering weird words. She raised her eyebrow before pulling his muscular arm further back, before punching at his shoulder, immediately dislocating the bone. "You're of no use for me."

May chopped at the back of his neck, knocking him out cold before returning to the other man and also making him unconscious then she turned to the two, who were huddled in the corner while their teary eyes watched her beat the two men. They were shaking, and May couldn't tell if it was from happiness or fear. The elevator door opened, and May pressed a bunch of buttons to give her as much time as possible. She walked towards them, she was shorter than the male, but the female was a bit shorter than her. Standing in front of them, she asked, "Take off your masks."

They glanced at each other, before nodding slightly and their hands went to the back of their heads. Preparing in case they pulled out knives instead, she took a step back. But what she did not expect after the muted drop of the masks, was the familiar face behind the mask, the tears dripping from their cheeks as a smile adorned their faces. She did not also expect the familiar eye smile, the beauty mark on the woman, and the memory of the burning building with kids scattered around.
