Saphire's face darkened immediately, anger and confusion clearly expressed on her face and body posture. May turned to Saphire, the brightness in her eyes immediately fading away as a light of fury began to ignite. "Emma.. what?" May's voice slightly shook in the middle while she stared down at the sand in shock, her hands gripping on her phone tightly. After a moment of silence, angry footsteps were heard as Saphire walked off, walking to her car and wearing a hoodie and quickly fitting in her shorts before entering her car, and starting her engine.

"Emma has been sent to the hospital, she.. is unconscious and bleeding a lot.. maybe you should-" Euna's voice was cut off with a sad choke, before sobbing was heard in the background. While Saphire's car drove off, Eric and Callex stared in confusion. "What happened?" They asked. The phone hadn't been put on speaker, but just loud enough so that they both can hear what happened. "I.. I'm going," May declared, rushing to her car before turning on her engine and also throwing on a pair of sweatpants and hoodies while Callex followed behind her in confusion.

Eric ran to his car also, entering and shouting after them, "I'm chasing after Saphire. I'll tell you what happened." They didn't answer and Eric immediately left while Callex still gripped in May's arm. "May, tell me what happened? Did something happen to.." Callex began and stopped himself. May was in confusion, blinking rapidly while angry tears began to fill her vision, standing there while her hands slowly clenched on her phone. "I'm going." She repeated before entering her car, and starting her engine.

Saphire rushed through the traffic, ignoring all the lights while cars angrily honked at her speeding through traffic lights. Seeing an expensive car run through, a police immediately got excited at the thought before stopping Saphire, who stopped and drove to the side in law. "Fuck!" She cursed angrily, hitting her dashboard while she leaned her head forwards and searched in her purse, lowering her window.

"Ma'am, did you kno-" "I'm in a rush. Leave," Saphire commanded, glaring at the police officer. Seeing who it was, the officer immediately left, stuttering before Saphire closed her window and revved off again. "Fuck.. fuck, fuck," Eric cursed, seeing Saphire speed off as Eric followed. Eric pulled down his window and the police officer saw another fast car, hope rising again before it fell, seeing who it was again. "Ah.. you can go," He said and Eric nodded before leaving.

Right after, he saw a black car drive just as fast, and through the window he could see it was obviously a woman with influence as more and more people in traffic got more and more agitated as the three people who was breaking the laws and dodging cars. He sighed in defeat before seeing another car and didn't expect anything anymore. The car drove by without any stop, and the four left as quickly as possible. Seeing this, people began to slowly drive, trying to copy their action but the police officer stopped them while the people clicked their tongue in agitation.

"Please, ma'am, only one visitor-" "MOVE!" Saphire shouted, pushing through the nurses while anger and fury ran through her mind, Eric who had followed behind immediately ran behind her, calling her. "Saphire! Saphire.. wait! I'm sorry, she's in a rush. Please make an exception," The nurse sighed before letting him pass, and seeing May and Callex come in a rush and letting them go also, knowing they could not do anything to stop it.

Callex nodded at the nurse and she nodded back, sighing and lowering her head while he rushed behind May and they all rushed into the dedicated room. Everyone ran up and busted open the door, seeing Euna sniffling on the bedside next to Emma.

Emma's face was beaten up, lips cracked on the corner while bloodied bandages were on her rib and head. Her nails were chipped and some broken, while her hair was cut shorter and her face was badly bruised, almost like she had a skin condition. Walking forwards slowly, Saphire's hands clenched, punching the metal support of the bed before lowering her head to Emma, sighing deeply. She was not going to cry, she wasn't.

May walked over, clenching her teeth hard while everything in the room was silent except for Euna's occasional sniffling. Saphire's quiet sobbing was heard after a while and Eric came to support her, holding her shoulders while he hugged her quietly from behind. Callex stood on the side, watching what May would do next in case she needed support also.

Euna moved back while May glanced at her older sister, looking down and seeing that her rib was slightly out of place. Seeing the chart hung on the bed, she read every condition Emma was suffering.

'Currently in coma, estimated a few months, two broken ribs, cigarette burns, slash at the rib, agitated wrist and ankles, bruises all over body, assault."

May inhaled deeply, holding her breath as she walked forward and lifted Emma's hospital gown, seeing the large slash at her rib which was covered in bandages, the blood spreading on her body. "EUNA!" May shouted, shocking everyone in the room while Callex looked up in surprise. "Call everyone, now."

May sat on the side, her head in her hands while Saphire sniffled quietly, Eric quietly consoling her. "Saphire, have they have their positions settled?" Saphire nodded, eyes lowered while anger seared through her mind, "He's going to pay."

May replied after a moment of silence, ".. He will."

After a few moment of silence, footsteps were heard and they all looked up, Callex who barely exited the room turning to the side in surprise. There were many newspaper people and they all rushed in, cameras ready before stopping in front of them. Saphire stood up and blocked May, knowing she didn't like being seen in public. "Did your younger sister really-?" Before anyone got to finish their questions, Saphire raised a hand, eyes angry and almost bloody. "No."
