idk how the subway works in korea so we'll just go with the flow

𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐄𝐖𝐎𝐍'𝐬 𝐏𝐎𝐕

"what the fuck should i wear?" i've been standing in front of wardrobe for an hour with no ideas of what to wear. "wait.. since when do i care about how i look?" i shook my head before putting my hands on my head and sighed

"let's just do something casual.. yeah casual" i don't have a variety of clothes but mostly are decent. after a few contemplations, i decided to wear my usual blue jeans and a white graphic tee.

i put on the outfit and i stare at my reflection, "oh! can't forget about that" i pursed my lips before going to my wardrobe again and try to find a certain item. "here you are" i pulled out a light purple cardigan

i walked back to my mirror as i wore the outer, "i'll be stared a lot if i don't wear you" i chuckled before playing with hair as i try to think of what to do with it

i brushed my hair before finally deciding to just tie it in a high ponytail so i won't get too hot. it's spring at the moment and sometimes the sun can be a bitch but thankfully there are still a few winds for a little breeze

i stuff all my needed items in my bag before putting on my usual vans and head out of the door. but then i walked back in because i forgot a certain item

"almost forgot about you" i muttered to the item before grabbing it and head out of the door to the subway station

"chaewon-ah! right here" my eyes caught a hand waving over to me from afar, i squinted my eyes to see it was mark. i quickly walked towards him

then i saw his eyes looking at my hand so i followed his gaze and let out a small "ah~" from realization. "here" i held out the item to him

"a-ah for me?" i nodded and nudge the item again for him to take it. "t-thanks" he shyly took the banana milk as a faint blush appeared on his cheek which got unnoticed by me

"so.. you finally stock them up?" i nodded and we started to walk inside the station and waited for our train

"do you want?" he raised the milk towards me but i shook my head so he opened the lid and started to drink it. "i've drunk many of these... but this one tastes new" he gave me childlike grin before drinking it again

"that's because it 's expired" he immediately choked on his drink - almost spitting it out but since he's in public, he held it in and hurriedly swallowed it. "what?! it's expired??"

i tried to maintain my straight face but failed when i saw his bewildered face that just looks too funny. i let out chuckles which confused him more until the realization hits him, "w-wait.. did you just lie?" he frowned

i bite my lips to stop myself from smiling and nodded, "wasn't funny chaewon" he pouted before drinking it again

"it was to me"

𝟑𝐫𝐝 𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐎𝐍 𝐏𝐎𝐕

"the train's here" mark nudge chaewon as the train arrived. "let's go" both of them hop inside the train and sadly to chaewon, the train is kinda crowded

"i don't think there are any seats" chaewon looked around for any available seats but sadly mark was right, they both decided to stay where they are - which is in the middle of the train and hang on the handles above them

"can you reach it?" chaewon rolled her eyes at his teasing grin before nudging his stomach which made him wince slightly but still giggled. since they're standing next to each other and the train's movements are not that smooth, sometimes she would stumble to him or their shoulders' will brush together

"sorry" chaewon mentally facepalmed at her weak of strength as she stumbled to him for the nth time. she took a deep breath as she tried to compose herself. then chaewon felt a hand creeping up her shoulder which startled the said girl but when she saw it was mark, she became calm again

"so you won't fall" he bent down his head slightly so she can hear him, then she shook her head with a small smile, "it's fine .. i can hang to myself" she noticed him being hesitant but in the end, he fulfilled her words and drew back his hand.

the train kept moving and stopping, they just need to pass 2 more stops and they'll arrive. it was getting really crowded and unfortunately for chaewon, the person beside her just had to be a male without any self boundaries

she kept shifting away so their bodies won't touch but he just shifts closer which really annoyed her. chaewon became uncomfortable and felt the man's hand brushing against her hand - almost like it was trying to hold it.

just as the man was about to grab her hand, chaewon's body got pulled away to another person's body, mark.

she looked up to him confused but his eyes only glared at the man bothering her earlier. fortunately, the guy got nervous and when the train stopped - he quickly got off the train which of course joyed chaewon

even though the man left, mark's arm never left which surprisingly made a pink tone on chaewon's cheeks as well as her heart to start beating a lot quicker

"thank you" me and mark thanked the seller for taking our photo with the flower. "do come back again" she smiled before bowing and left to manage the store. "now we just need to add the photo and print the finished report"

"my house after this?" i nodded and we both started to walk out the store and head towards the station. as we walk, i fished out my phone and stared at the photo again

"wah~ don't i come out nicely" mark pointed out to the picture and i only shrugged, "you came out okay.." his face that was smiling quickly turned into a frown

"mean" "deal with it"

he then stole my phone and raised it to his face, "you came out nicely too chaewon" he complimented and swatted my hands away so i won't reach him

"yah my phone" i struggled to take my phone as he kept turning away and pushed my hands away. "this is for not complimenting me" he gave a mischievous smile and out of nowhere started to run ahead
