In Malhotra Mansion,

Manik was sleeping on the bed in his usual style , he felt weight on the other side of mattress. That weight started moving towards him , then he felt numerous sensation of fingers roaming on his back , then he turned to see that weight , and he found Nandini there , she was holding her weight on one elbow of her hand. She stared into his eyes and he felt uncomfortable because her intense gaze . She moved more further , and now there faces were inches apart , he moved little back and saw her gaze on his lips , using other free hand she rubbed her thumb on his lips , and he closed his eyes in anticipation , but he felt no movement on his lips so he opened his eyes , and saw her staring at his lips , "Don't close ur eyes" she said in authoritative tone , and bend down , now there lips were just a inch away . Scared Manik tried to move his face , but she cupped his cheeks , "Nandini " he said in very low and scared voice , but she didn't stop . "Nandini please don't" he pleaded , but she didn't react instead she hold his face more firmly and was about to captured his lips ......,

"Nandiniiiii" Neyonika screamed.

"Nooo" Manik screamed and woke up with a jerk . His breathing rate was higher than usual . He look here and there trying to find someone.

Neyonika saw her flushed son and asked " What happened Manik?"

Her voice bring back manik from his search and he asked " Where is Nandini?"

"She is not here" Neyonika answered.

"Really?.....Then why u screamed?" he was so confused.

"Thanks to Nandini her trick worked for me " Neyonika said flipping her hair

"Wh... What trick ?" Manik stammered

"She called me some minutes back and told me to wake u up , and remind u , that u have said , ur going to pick her up ....And she knows u will not woke up easily so she told me , to scream her name .....and u see it actually worked" Neyonika explained.

"So she wasn't here?? " It was more than confirming statement , for him that he saw dream . Neyonika nodded at him. Confirming that it was dream , Manik straighten himself .

"Noo...I woke up because I saw nightmare " he said confidently.

"What was it?" Neyonika asked in concerned toned.

"It was nothing Mom .... was just a stupid nightmare... Anyway I will be downstairs in half hour.... see u there " he said waking up from bed and hurriedly moved towards washroom.

Neyonika frowned at him and shake her head in disbelief , seeing Manik like this . But she returned to kitchen.

After some time Manik and Neyonika ate there breakfast together , chatted while eating and after finishing breakfast both got ready for there respective work and left the Mansion.

Hearing loud horn Nandini picked up her bag , pH and got up from her chair.

"Mom , Dad byee ..... I am leaving....Manik is here " she said .

"How do you know he is here? " Raman asked

"Who it can be , rather than this impatient man?...who have decided to make us deaf by with loud voice of horn " Nandu shrugged her shoulders nd said dramatically while Raman nd Ishita chuckled.

"He must be good boy .... If he is dealing with u .... please ask him to come home....I would like to meet him"  Ishita said excitedly but Nandu nd Raman made bad face 😒.

"Ohh Ishita please ....He must be lucky to have my daughter with him " Raman praised his daughter nd Nandu smiled widely nd hugged her father and he caressed her her.
