"Joey!" A familiar kid's voice shouted happily when we got to the gym.
"Emma?'' I said when I saw Jonas' little sister sitting in the bleachers.
In the matter of fact, there were a LOT of little kids around today. What was this? A high school or a freaking daycare?
''Don't you remember dude?'' Jonas said when we sat down in the bleachers. ''Today's bring-your-siblings-to-school-day.''
''The hell, really?'' I had no idea we even had such a thing.
''Yeah. Basically, you can bring your younger sibling or whatever to school so you can show them around and all that.'' Jonas explained.
Bruh. What's having a little brat gonna do for me? Better question, why does that day even exist at our school?
''Teachers will give ya extra credit.'' Jonas stated, as if reading my mind.
''Wait, really?!'' Man did I really wish I had a younger sibling right now.. I could sure use some extra credit.
''Yeah, that's why I brought this little rascal along.'' he smiled slightly, messing up Emma's hair by ruffling.
''Hey, Isaac.'' Someone said behind me. My heart suddenly got all fast as I recognized the girl's voice.
Shit.
''Oh, it's you.'' Jonas replied with a disappointed tone. ''What?'' Jonas said defensively when I shot him a look.
''Oh.. H-Hey.''
''Aren't you nervous?" He teased, smirking before he mimicked my stutter. "H-hey Audrey you-you're looking hella fine today.'' He mocked, adding some other shit I didn't even say.
''Ouch!'' he rubbed his arm when I punched it. Audrey smiled awkwardly. "Hello to you too Jonas."
Wait... If she was here, and it was bring-your-sibling or whatever the hell it is.. That means-
''Uncle!! Uncle! Uncle!'' Blake beamed, running towards the bleachers when he saw me.
Oh hell no.
I hopped out of the bleachers as I ran away from Blake, overunning some dudes who were doing laps.
''Uncle!'' he smiled as he ran after me, some stupid girls giggling as they noticed.
''Awe, look at his little brother. Isn't that the cutest thing?'' One of them said to their friend.
Surprisingly, he caught up to me. I sighed as I stopped running to gasp for air. I didn't notice a ball about to hit me, until Blake got in front and kicked it with his foot.
''Awe!!!'' The girls in the gym kept saying.
''Can we see your little brother?'' they asked as they walked over to us.
Blake hid behind me. Despite the energetic kid he was at home, he was rather shy with all the older girls' attention. They started leaving though as the PE teacher blew his whistle.
''Get in your lines everyone, class starts in a few!!''
I looked at Jonas as he walked up to me. I started walking to my class with Joe until he poked my arm. "Woah, woah. What about your kiddo?" I sighed as I looked at Blake, who was following behind me.
Luckily Audrey walked over to us. ''I'm so sorry.'' she said with an apologetic smile.''I don't know why, but Blake's been really excited to come to class to see you.'' She took Blake's hand, ready to walk away with him until Blake stopped her.
''No!! I wanna stay with Isaac.'' he pouted, refusing to move from his spot as Audrey tried to walk away with him.
''Blake.'' Audrey crossed her arm.''I'm sorry Blake, but I have volleyball practice in the other gym.''
''Pleaseeeeeeee. Can I stay with him.. Please please please.'' he begged, giving her some puppy eyes.
Oh please no.
Wait a second.
The extra credit.. Maybe it wouldn't be such a bad idea.
''It's cool.'' I added, surprising them both . "I can take the kid.. I do.. Need extra credit after all.''
''Oh, okay then.'' Audrey smiled.
''Isaac.. Have you seen Jonas?'' Emma ran up to me, looking like she's seen a ghost.
''I can't find him.'' she said, seeming really worried.
''I'm sure he's in the restroom. He'll be back.'' I assured Emma. When she noticed Audrey, she looked at her in awe.
''Oooh, you're really pretty. Are you Isaac's girlfriend?'' She asked innocently.
''Uh..'' I trailed off, looking at Audrey, getting lost into her eyes as I did so. Wow.. She really was pretty. When she looked back at me, I looked away and looked at Emma, shaking my head.
''I'm just a friend, but thank you, you're really pretty too.'' she answered, smiling shyly.
''They're not dating yet, but they will soon.'' Blake said to Emma. Emma smiled in response.
''I hope so! Then maybe Isaac can bring her to our house and she can make me look like her! I always wanted a sister!''
''Guys, stop it.'' I said to them, my face turning red. Fuck, that's embarrassing.
''Why are you so red?'' Emma asked curiously. ''Do you have a cold?''
''No.. I just-''
Emma and Blake combined was like fire and fuel.
''So... I'm leaving to practice now. Behave yourself please.'' she said to Blake, as she caressed his cheeks.
3rd person POV
Jonas walked out of the restroom, heading to the bleachers looking for Emma but she wasn't there anymore.
''Shit.. Emma!'' he shouted as he looked around.
''Hey Emma! I'm back!'' He said, looking for Emma.
''Where the heck is she?''
Jonas thought as he looked around for Emma.
When he finally found her, he smiled as he saw her with Isaac, and that other kid.
His smiled faded as he watched Audrey walk over to them.
Once they were finished talking, Audrey and Isaac smiled at one another before Audrey walked away.
''So... Are you going to walk up to them or are you just going to keep staring at them like you want to kill them?'' A voice asked as they walked up to Jonas.
He turned and looked back at them, glaring when he saw who it was.
''What? If anything you'd be the one I'd wanna kill." He mumbled as he rolled his eyes at Gabriel. Of course it was him.
"Anyway I'm not jealous or whatever the hell you thought. That girl is obviouely Isaac's crush, I don't plan on making a move on her."
"I wasn't talking about her..."
Jonas slowed down until he stopped walking.
He turned his head back.
"What the hell are you talking about?'' Jonas said, giving him a look.
"I think you know.." Gabriel said as his eyes follow Isaac, who was holding Blake so he wouldn't run away.
Jonas followed his eyes, scoffing.
"Isaac? Yeah right. That's a good one."
"Oh.. So you're not.."
"Nope." He says as he sped up, Gabriel not so far behind.
"Now quit following me and saying bullshit like this before I give you a piece of my mind." He warns, stopping when Gabriel steps in front of him.
"What's your problem?" Gabriel says.
"Get out of my way." Jonas huffs.
"No. I want to know why you have a problem with me."
"Get the fuck out of my way faggot!"
Gabriel stumbles back as a fist smashes his jaw, some kids and teachers rushing over and holding Jonas back.
