Aaron was dumbstruck. He originally thought she was bluffing. All this time, he wanted to hurt her, hurt her so much that she would never overcome from all the pains he had given her. He wanted her to only have him in her mind, he wanted her to keep thinking about him. This was his prize. This was his darkest satisfaction.
He knew Angelina was loved and adored by everyone. She was the best student in their year back then. She was sweet, kind and beautiful.
He remembered the time when he was suffering from fever in his freshman year. Angelina sneaked in their dorm and took care of him for the entire night. He was pleased. He was pleased on himself. He was pleased to know he was so important and brilliant that the 'good girl' Angelina was ready to break school rules for him.
Another day, at her birthday party, when Angelina found out he sexted someone else few days ago, she kept her calm infront of everybody. She inquired him about this only when everyone had left. He was pleased to know how Angelina didn't raise her voice in public and humiliate him. It was fortunate that he found an excuse and said it was Joseph who texted the girl from his phone. He was pleased to know even his weakest excuse was accepted by Angelina. This proved his worth. This proved how desperate she was to be his. This proved she was his possession.
Angelina never failed to please him, atleast he thought so, until Joseph came to confront him. He remembers the day clearly. It was for the first time Angelina ruined his image. He remembers what Joseph told him back then.
"I never knew you would be like this. I never thought you would be cheating on your girlfriend over some cheap whore. You should know who is better for you."
"What did Angelina say to you?" he had asked Joseph. He felt sick at Angelina's betrayal. He was extremely displeased with her for the first time.
"I know what lies you spouted about me." Joseph had grabbed his collar. For the first time someone had dared to grab him by his collar. "Why are you doing this? Don't you know how precious she is? Even after knowing the truth, she was willing to give you a chance. You know what she said? She said probably she wasn't being a good gf that you got attracted to someone else. She doubted herself. MY GODDESS DOUBTED HERSELF BECAUSE OF YOU! I am telling you this for the last time, if you can't treasure her the way she deserves, I will."
He had punched his best friend in his face that day. "She is mine. She will never be someone else's." Yes, Angelina was his, only his. He will never allow any guy to win her over.
He remembered all the efforts he put in after that incident. He regularly picked her up after college and drop her at her dorm. He would take her to dinner dates every weekend. He would buy her gifts. He spent so much money on her, but what was the result? She still refused to get physically intimate with him over some childish issues she thought she had. He initially thought she was just afraid because she never explored her sexual side, so he decided to introduce her to the new world. He figured out forcing her to submission would be the best way since she wasn't willing to comply. But who would have thought she would be a crying mess under him when he was trying to undress her? Who would have thought that she would go under seizure when he tried to touch her privates? It was true that she didnt want him to touch her that way at that point of time, but doesn't all 'innocent bitches' say the same while wanting to be banged? But this bitch didn't know how to please a man! He had to take her to hospital instead of enjoying her in his bed that night. She ruined their first vacation completely!! Well, it also turned out to be their last vacation together as well.
He was a man with needs after all. He needed someone to satisfy his needs. Liza was the perfect candidate. She doesn't do love, only casual sex.
The day when Angelina caught him.. no.. saw him with Liza, she didn't want to listen to him. He was telling her constantly that he only loved her, but she still broke up with him.
Aaron hadn't forgotten what Angelina did to him. She dared to dump him! He wanted to turn the tables. He wanted to be the one to dump her.
What options did he have to make that happen? Yes, he investigated her background and took the current job as her boss. He wanted to make sure he was infront of her eyes during office hours.
Her facial expressions on his first day when she saw her new boss, clearly revealed that she wasn't over him yet. He knew he should strike the iron when it's hot.
After all, when did he fail ever fail to chase a girl!
But today when he finally thought he would humiliate her, when he finally thought he would make her realise that no one else was remotely interested in her and that she had no other option other than him, he was proven wrong.
Aaron felt degraded when he realised Angelina really had a boyfriend, and that too a very good looking one.
He could never think his Angelina would grab onto another man's arm infront of him. Bitch, and she lectured him on loyalty! What a joke!

Once inside the car, Angelina said, "I can't thank you enough for helping me out today. I owe you."
"Recently, you seem to owe me a lot!" Pete chuckled.
"Did you have dinner?" She asked Pete.
"I was waiting for my girl friend since 7 pm" Pete said.
"I am so sorry to make you wait for so long. How about this, I will make you dinner tonight." she suggested.
