All this week jalen has non stop been bothering me asking me to hang out with him and dates I know i am playing hard to get.

The thing is I do like him and all but I just want to make sure that he's really into to me and all that. I was at my locker getting my books out then I feel a tap on my shoulder I turn around it was jalen

"hey y/n" he smiles happily that smile was everything I roll my eyes playfully

"hey jalen what is it?" I ask crossing my arms

"um uh I was wondering if you wanted to go on a date?" he asked nervously

"I'll think about it" I reply knowing he'll be happy about it his eyes lit up

"really you serious?" he asked smiling goofully

"I said I'll think about"

I roll my eyes i start to walk away

"think about it good" he shouts.

jalen pov

Finally all my hard work put in has finally but hopefully achieved my reward y/n i am shocked she said maybe because usually she would no not even usually always do no but I really liked her to keep trying.

Y/n Pov

I had a hard think about maybe it won't be so bad to go on a date with him I was looking for jalen i walking over to jalen until I saw with e/n (enemy name) chatting about something and they both smiling

"it was to good to be true" I sigh my heart ached with pain tear fell out of my eye I knew, it it was too good to be true, I bet he's asking e/n the same thing

jalen turned and saw me his eyes lit up and was approaching me but I ran a away upset all the home I changed into sweatpants and I tank top.

I went to the freezer a got a tub of Ben Jerry's ice cream and sat on sofa watching the chilling adventures of sabrina and tears prickled out of my eyes.

I heard the door knock I wiped my tears and opened the door to reveal jalen i rolled

"oh fuck off"i said aggressively my eyes were still red closing the door but held it open

"can we talk inside please"he asked i just nodded we sat on the sofa

jalen Pov

I went to y/n house she seemed really upset she opened the door she was wearing a tank top and sweat pants that really suited her body but her eyes were red she looked like she was crying she still looked beautiful when she cried.

Y/n pov

We sat on opposite sides of the couch

"so why are you upset?" he asked caringly I roll my eyes

"isn't kind of obvious I like you and I was playing hard to get just to make sure you really liked me enough and when I gave you chance" tears spilled out of my eyes jalen moved closer to me

"and I wanted to go a date with you your doing the exact same thing with e/n it was too good to be tru-"

he cut me off pressing his lips onto my mine my eyes widened I wouldn't kiss back at first but I then did it was so soft and passionate.

"only reason why I was talking to e/n so I could ask her advice with dates and what to do" he said

truthfully I could tell by his voice I just nodded
