Chapter Eight: Mood Swings Part Two

*Dipper's P.O.V*

I tried to move my hand, or at least my finger. But it wouldn't budge. I looked around, but not moving my neck because I couldn't. So I just looked with my eyes.

I could see Wirt, on Mabel's bed, staring down at me, but with normal eyes.

"D-dipper? Are you okay?" He asked.

I could move my head a little, so I frantically shook my head saying: "No."

"Jesus." He said, getting up and brushing the dust off of his pants.

As I looked at him, I was reminded of the kiss that he gave me. Well it wasn't really him that gave it to me. It was just a possessed version of him. Yeah.

I remember how his lips felt on mine, rough, probably from chapped lips...

No! I cannot feel this. He is just my friend.

Wirt slowly walked towards me with a strange look. What was he thinking? He was soon towering over me and I looked into his eyes. They were beautiful.

No! Stop! I can't think like this!

Wirt kissed my lips softly once, then he backed away and I waited as I was unfrozen.

I sat up quickly and looked at Wirt.

"Wirt! Just! Stop kissing me!" I yelled.

"W-what do you mean? T-this was the first time..." He said looking down.

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to yell." I said touching his shoulders.

"Oh I think you did." he said and when he looked up at me I saw those Bill eyes. I quickly got up and raced out of the house to do the task that Bill wanted. Bring him Gideon. So Bill can kill him...

*Time Skip*

I knocked rapidly on Gideon's house front door, but then I thought, What if he's still in jail!?

I quickly turned around, but when I went to run the door opened.

"Dipper Pines?" The voice said. Sounded oddly familiar. I turned back around to the door and saw Gideon.

"Ding dong ditching huh? Good try." He said rolling his eyes.

I furrowed my eyebrows and I walked inside his house, closed the door, and pinned him to the closed door.

"How the heck did you get out of jail!"

"Oh. It was easy. Being rich you have perks. I could bribe my way out." He smiled, and I swear, I saw his teeth shining.

"Stop playing around. I need you to come with me." I said.

"Ugh. Fine. But I better be near Mabel."

"Fine."

We walked out of his house, and he locked the door, and we started to walk to where Bill told me to bring Gideon. As we were walking I saw people actually smiling and waving to me. Nobody ever noticed me before.

"Hey Gideon." one of them said.

I turned my head and saw Gideon waving to everyone.

Oh, that makes sense. They were noticing Gideon. Of course they we-

A bus was zooming down the street and I was stuck on the street. I was being dragged back and onto the sidewalk, by Gideon.

"T-thanks Gideon. I didn't even see it..." I said stunned.

"Don't mention it." he said helping me up and we crossed the street again.

I walked to the forest-y part of town and into a little clearing. We were surrounded by a barricade of oak trees, pine trees, and birch trees. I looked into the clearing and saw the little circle in the ground with an upside down star. I stepped on it once and I saw the ground light up with the colours of green, blue, and red.

I saw the figure rising from the ground, Bill.

I could feel Gideon go frozen when he saw Bill. He was going to run but he was blocked by the trees.

"Gideon! Hey twerp. Remember me?" Bill said cheery as ever.

"O-of course I remember you! Dipper. D-did you sell me out to Bill!?" Gideon said looking at me.

"I-I... yeah...."

"Are you serious!? I just saved your life, and this is how you repay me!" He took a step forward and raced to me. He grabbed my vest and pushed me against a tree, but he was holding me by my throat.

"You wanna die you jerk!" Gideon said tightening his grip.

"G-Gideon." I said. I pointed at Bill, who was ready with one of his spells to kill Gideon, when he fired it, Gideon let go of me and ducked, and I fell down, but I was shot in the arm.

I cried out in pain, once.

"Dipper!" Gideon shouted.

He cried my name more times but I didn't hear him, I saw the sky turn black, and the ground opened up and swallowed me whole.

*Mabel's P.O.V*

I skipped around the house.

"Dipper?" I called. No reply. I walked upstairs and into the attic and I saw Wirt there again.

He looked at me, walked over, and held me close to him by his waist. He smirked.

I smiled and we were close to kissing. I stood on my tiptoes, and I was kissing him.
