A Wedding in the Magical Kingdom !  Our two Princes are getting married, and a Princess to boot ........ Though one of them doesn't know it yet ......  Happy Ever After, at last ........ 

As Larry and Laurent walked hand in hand towards the nurses station at the end of the corridor, doc came to meet them half way.

"Why are you guys grinning like Cheshire cat's ?"  Laurent cut a side glance at Larry, then the doc, who were literally grinning to themselves and each other at the thought of what was about to go down.  

"We have a surprise for you, Laurent" doc said, "follow me".  As the corridor opened out into the main waiting area, and as the three of them became visible to the assembled crowd, it seemed nearly the whole hospital, certainly the whole floor, had come to applaud Laurent.  Doc joined them all, too, as Laurent just stood, dumbstruck.  Taking Laurent's hands in his own, Larry turned to look him full in the face now, as he spoke to his love.

"I wanted you to know, how much I love you, how much we all love you, Laurent.  Everyone here has seen what you have done for me, and Michaela, what you have meant to me over the last few months especially.  I wouldn't be here if it weren't for you, my love.  Or them"  he added as an after thought, nodding his head sideways towards the crowd, making everyone giggle through their tears.  He kissed Laurent softly on his lips as a tear escaped his lashes, eliciting "aawwwws" from the assembled crowd.  Laurent was speechless, literally speechless.  Everyone was still applauding him, and he kept pushing his palms forward, then prayer like, then pressing them forward again, asking everyone to stop, please.  It seemed like forever until they did, he was feeling embarrassed by the attention that he was so rightfully, but so gratefully, receiving.  Larry was clinging to his arm for dear life, so proud of this man, his man.  This obviously wasn't the end of Larry's surprise, so doc set the rest of the plan in motion.
