The 29 days were up before I knew it and it was suddenly time for me to start heading to the Republic of East Gorteau. That is where the plan to take out the chimera ants was going to be, according to Killua. He texted me all the details regarding the whole screening thing that was going to take place. Although, he didn't tell my everything; just how it will begin in 10 days.

I bought a ticket to take me to the place and from there, I took a train that took me to the Republic of East Gorteau.

Once I reached, I made my way into a restaurant. The way was tough and very tiring so I needed something to give me energy.

Whilst I ate, I watched the small TV in the corner, not forgetting to keep up my guard in case anything happens. Before I could finish swallowing, a loud alarm rang in the air. The channel I was watching suddenly changed into a woman speaking. Everyone inside began panicking and listening to what the lady was talking about.

My eyes widened as the leader of East Gorteau appeared on screen and began talking about a Martial Law that the country was going under and how everyone must go back to their homes and lock themselves inside. The army will also start looking for any rebels.

Well...I guess that's me.

I swallowed quickly before sprinting out of the restaurant and looking for a place to hide. My top priority is to meet up with Gon and Killua.

I slithered around the city, trying my best to not be found out by the army until I managed to get to a nearby, isolated forest.

Now that I was away from the danger, I could finally call Killua and meet up with them. It felt like ages since the last time we were together. I missed them...

I stopped momentarily to take a breather and pulled my phone out of my pocket. Tapping the screen a few times, I brought the phone to my ear as it started ringing.

With no warning, something shot right at me, throwing me off guard and smashing my phone to pieces. My eyes widened as I eyed the heap of crushed metal. Now I have no way of contacting them anymore. I was lost in the large country of East Gorteau without knowing where to go.

My eyes changed. I was visibly pissed off. I shifted my gaze to the direction of where the attack came from and my eyes nearly popped out.

There, sitting on a tree with a smirk on its face was a chimera ant. The enemy.

It was a praying mantis. It had silver hair and was wearing a long purple kimono that hung down its shoulders. The ant's long, sharp arms protruded from its body, holding them in front of it's chest for protection.

I took a step backwards and held a fighting stance. I eyed the creature carefully; it was using Zetsu so I couldn't detect its presence. This is going to be a hard fight, now that it knows Nen.

"Found you~~~" the creature sang in a feminine voice.

I raised a brow at her statement. "What are you talking about?" I asked, preparing myself to summon Aira.

"You're the one who was wrecking havoc within the city and annoying Pitou-sama, weren't you?" she asked, checking her nails and twirling her hair.

My breath hitched. Pitou-sama? That's...That's the one who...

"And what if I am?"

"You'll die," she shrugged with an amused look on her face.

My muscles stiffened. Without wasting another moment, I summoned Aira and took over her form. White vines began pouring out of my palms as I twirled them over my head to attack.
