More Than Words

The Author's Love Letter

Dear Reader,

I love you! Yes, I know medyo weird at clingy pero totoo. To be honest, More Than Words was just a story that I was just frustrated to write. Alam nyo na, lagi kasing sabog dahil 4am na natutulog kakapanood ng Live Streaming during PBB days, dahil dun marami akong naging 'what if's' after everyday I watched it. So, yeah! To make the story short, lahat ng mga what if's ko ay nag resulta sa pagkabuo ng storya na More Than Words. Despite the fact that not everyone is agree with Daniel and Maris love team.

It was really fun writing the story, feeling ko ako si Big Brother! Hahahaha! Pero as the story continues, the story added more values to my life as a writer. It's a story that made my dream since I started dreaming all come true. Yes, through my story Sir Alco discovered my potential as writer. I was given a chance to see Daniel and Maris in person and to bond with them, also some scenes in the Rainyday MV of Itchyworms was inspired from the Chapter One scene and to be part of the DanRis project in 2015.

Pero sa totoo lang hindi 'yung mga yun ang pinaka naging highlight ng journey ko sa MTW, alam nyo kung ano? Kayo! Kayo na mga readers ko.

Throughout my journey in MTW I have received hundreds of overwhelming comments and messages, sa Wattpad man o sa Facebook, some of it I posted in my official page and IG. Messages like how thankful they are for the story, telling me how my story inspired them, how it showed them a different kind of point of view in life, in love. Lalong lalo yung mga OFWs na nagpapasalamat sayo sa bawat pag update ko dahil nawawala homesick nila every time they read my story. Mga taong na inspire ulit na mag sulat at ipursue din yung gusto nila sa buhay. Yung mapuri at masabihan na I touched their hearts like Nicholas Spark does. That was the hightlight of my journey in MTW.

As a person, I've found the reason why God gave me this talent. I may not be a perfect writer who writes perfect grammars and structures, but as a writer I'm starting to fulfill my purpose in life. This is the reason why I love my readers because they support and encourage me always.

To my family, my friends, to my ever supportive  fan boy—Jherald na itinigil muna yung pagrereview para magbasa muna ng update ko. Thank you and I will never forget that..alam mo yan, sa DanRis Nation, Mariestellers, Clingies and to Sir Alco.. Thank you so much! I love you all, promise..cross my heart forever yours!

And to my Savior, God. Thank you for the answered prayers. Thank you for the trials, for it made me stronger and wiser. This journey made me realized what faith really means. All the Glory is Yours. Thank you.
